I got a quote from Shawn and he was awesome. He knew what he was talking about, diagnosed what would be best to fix our problem, sat down and explained what things were (in layman's terms) and answered any questions I had. He gave his own personal opinions and wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. The price was even better than some of the other quotes we received and warranty was really good as well. I would highly recommend the company!

They sold me a lemon 3 years ago . I am very displeased with the company. I asked for the best unit they had. I spend 1700 + for it. They installed it in April 2020 and took them to 8/25/2020 to get it to work. Over the past 3 years they have been to my home 20 plus times. They have replaced 3 parts in the outside unit that I know of. This is the third thermostat they have put in.

I will be using this service again if necessary. Daniel was a true professional and I appreciate the genuine concern that he had with our issue. He was very thorough and even gave incite to other concerns that we had. Most of all he fixed our lines and explained the process and in details the way sewer and drain lines work. I had my Spring AC tune-up this afternoon, Wednesday, May 24, 2023. I asked the service technician, Codie Philpott if he cleaned the coils (hosed down) the outside unit. He told me he had. I can hear when didn’t the outside water is turned on and running. I asked him a second time and explain that I can hear when the outside faucet is turned on and running. Once again he assured me that he had "used his own hose" to clean the unit and that it was clean. After he left I checked and it was obvious that no water had been used to clean the unit. Additionally, the outside faucet still had the winterizing covering on it!

Codie was not truthful with me! I do not like being lied to! I guess he thought I wouldn’t or couldn’t check since I’m on home oxygen. Also, he said he needed to check the condenser coils in the attic, but now I question whether he actually checked anything since he was here only a short time. He did change the air filters inside.

I gave him a five star review before I check his work and now wish I had checked before leaving a review. I will note that Codie was professional and had a very pleasant demeanor.

I have been an ACS customer since 2009. I expected better service than this and I certainly do not appreciate your service technician outright lying to me. Please have a supervisor contact me to discuss this matter.

Our technician Devin was awesome!! He’s patient and explained everything thoroughly. You can really tell he cares about his job and customers. I’ll be asking for him the next time I need service. Thanks for all your help Devin!!

Service Technician Robert came out and assessed a gas pipe leak. He was professional, on time, and explained in detail the repair process required to remedy the situation.

Electrical tech was very professional and thorough. Did an excellent job. I could not be happier. I will definitely refer him and air comfort solutions.

Scooter was so informative about our HVAC options, he even discovered a mistake when our old unit was installed. There was never any pressure about sales, only calm objectives. He represents the integrity, trust, & assurance we have experienced with Air Comfort over the years

Jerred, Brian, and Max were great to work with. Our sewer line replacement was a huge project, and these men helped my family tremendously through the process. They were responsive and timely in their communication as well as performing the job satisfactorily.

Matthew B was excellent, thorough, professional, and friendly. Of all the service techs ACS has sent to my house over the past nine years, he is the best.
