I can’t thank Air Comfort Solutions enough. I knew our unit was about to go, today was the day. They sent Jed over to do our installation. I never saw him stop from the time he got here to the time he left. He was very courteous and knows his stuff. He was very accommodating to me for all the questions I asked. We had both John and Seth ( Seth being the trainee). My husband said Seth did an excellent job as John watched him. We have had Air Comfort since 2015 and have never had any issues with them. We also like the fact that now when you set up a contract with them you can pay in monthly installments for the tune ups of both air conditioner and furnace.

Called in for service, sent a technician on the same day. Very professional and explained everything in detail. Changed my filters, fixed unit and washed it out all in less then 30 minutes. Great job!

Collin was great. Took him about 30 minutes to install an exhaust fan in our bathroom. He also answered any and all questions we had about future jobs with no hesitation or signs of impatience. Very professional and friendly.

The service techs were very polite and professional. The service took about an hour. Since it's an older home they fully inspected the system & pointed out a few things that would need attention in the future. I was very happy with the visit.

I was in need of a new squirrel cage for my unit. First, Rickey came out to diagnose the issue, the. Ray came out for the repair. Both were absolutely wonderful, professional, and friendly. Ray went above and beyond when overcoming an issue with my housing in relation to the squirrel cage, and truly showed his commitment to the customer.
