Tom showed up the same day as I called to give me a quote for a full AC replacement. Three days later, they showed up on time with everything they needed for the install and had it completed quickly. I went ahead and had insulation blown in while they were here for the other work. So glad we got this done, and impressed on the turnaround. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new AC or service on their existing equipment!

On a Friday this past August, our A/C stopped working. No compressor, no fan, nothing. We called another well known company in Corpus Christi who said they would be out first thing in the morning. They flaked on us - 2 days in a row. We called Mathews Sunday evening. They returned the call promptly and had a tech at our house by 8:30 Monday morning. As we suspected, we needed a whole new system. The Service Manager met with us on Monday to give us several options and the pricing that came with them. They didn’t have an install team available the next day, but we were back up and comfortably cool by 2:00pm Wednesday. The Service Manager checked in with us that day and a few days later they sent a tech out to be sure the equipment was running properly and to answer any questions we might have. Mathews Air Comfort Solutions handled our situation with complete professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and value of their equipment, as well as the quality of their service.

I requested a quote for a new Air Conditioner/Heating Unit and the service Manager was at our house the next day. He thoroughly explained his recommendations and the cost. Two days later the new unit was installed. We were so pleased with the service and how professional the technicians were. Shout out to Ben and Brian for doing such a good job. I would recommend this company to all my friends and relatives.

We called Mathews Air Comfort Solutions after our AC was leaking freon badly. We knew the unit had to be replaced both outside and in the attic. I met with John on a Wednesday after speaking with Thomas who sent him out right away. Out of everyone I met with they were the most professional and reliable at a price we were comfortable with given the level of the job. John originally told me they could install on Saturday but we spoke with him that evening and he got his guys out the next morning to do the install. Their guys were fast, knowledgeable and VERY professional. We will be using them to keep this new unit in tip top shape as well for our rental homes in the area. I would highly recommend them for any AC/heating needs you may have.

What luck! Coordinating with companies long-distance to correct an issue with my son's aging ac while he's deployed wasn't easy. After 5 trips in 10 days and dealing with a warranty company and one other company; I finally hit the jack-pot. my neighbor in SA once lived in Corpus and spoke highly of the company. Contacted them after-hours and Tuesday; met Wednesday and installed Thursday. Professional, timely, fair and thorough; what more do you expect? I would recommend John and his crew to anyone who wants to be satisfied in the rear-view mirror.

Our old AC system started to give us problems and after asking John for some pricing options we decided to replace our system instead of throwing more money at it. Even in this extreme South Texas heat, Ben and Brian were able to replace our system entirely within a single day so we wouldn't be without AC any longer than necessary. They were professional, polite and did an outstanding job making sure to clean up before they left. We upgraded from the Rheem heat pump that came with the house to an American Standard heat pump and boy is it quiet. You can feel the air coming from the AC vents, but it is nowhere as loud as it was before.
