Techs are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them every time. They are putting in a whole new unit. Did a great job, love my new AC!
Aaron came out to change my garbage disposal and Omar came out to do some wiring since the house is kinda out of date.. They did an outstanding job and made sure everything worked properly. I give all these guys 5+ stars. I have them on speed dial!!!!

Customer focused company with excellent service from the call center to the techs. Darrell did a great job installing my faucets and shower/tub trims. He provided quality work for affordable prices. Derek did our AC maintenance provided with the shield plan. Both were genuine and professional. We will be using ccac for all our future plumbing and AC needs.

Frank will be my A/C guy from now on. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient. I had stayed up from working graveyards in order to meet him and he was so considerate and understanding. I trusted him completely and felt comfortable with him being in my home after 5 minutes with him. He was able up communicate effectively with me about what it would take to cool my house in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. I felt like he was sincerely working for the customer. Excellent customer service is rare these days, and Frank is a perfect example of excellence.

A/C unit stopped working at 8pm Sunday. Called Mathews CCAC Monday morning, after our normal guy flaked on us and after reading customer reviews on Google☺️. Thank goodness, too. We first got set up on their $15/mo plan, which allowed us to waive the $90 diagnostic fee and includes discounts and maintenance, etc. Noel and Jeff were at our home that same day, by 3pm (they even sent texts ands emails when they were on their way) and the problem was found and fixed by 4pm. The visit cost us $95. Well worth it. Thank goodness 😅 it wasn’t a bad experience at all. Even the phone operator I spoke with was extremely nice and patient.

Profile Of your tech with estimated arrival time. They are concerned of your safety and value of your time. Adam arrived on time and I ldid an excellent job! Now I have my AC back running smoothly. He was very professional , knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything and answered our questions . I recommend him highly!

AC technician Jeff Boles was very professional, kind and thorough. I appreciated all the info and explanation of costs and diagnosis for my a/c unit. I was also given a quote for blown-in insulation. I am very happy with Mathews CCAC and the knowledgeable and kind employees.

Outdoor unit wouldn't turn on. Called at 750pm on a Wednesday and system was back up and running before 9pm. Answering service, dispatcher and technician were professional and fast. This was a rent house, so everything was done over the phone no problems at all. They have a cool feature that texts you a tracker and photo of the technician. I was able to send that to my renter to keep them up to date. Thanks a bunch.
