Our technician was Jobe Rodriguez, he was respectful, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I asked him. I have had several technicians come and service our air conditioner but never has anyone been as thorough as Jobe. I give this young man 5 stars. I was very impressed with his work ethic. Aaron and Sebastian worked on the plumbing problems and were very efficient and very personable. They did great work and I will definitely call them again.

Tech was prompt and courteous, their text notification system worked well.
We just moved into this home 2 days ago and on day 2 the outside unit (condensor fan/solenoid) began to fail on startup. We needed a quick fix. It was Saturday later in the day and CCAC got a tech over in 2 hours. Tech diagnosed prolem, said unit was old and worn and i agreed. He gave ballpark fan motor replace estimate and i asked to locate part on Monday with timeline to install and call me. They offered to have Sales Guy call with full replacement pricing. That happend within the hour.....but no one ever contacted me about fixing fan motor to have AC running. I paid them $90. for this service
****After another day with no AC I called another nearby, small AC service company. $0.00 Diagnosis charge. They came out Monday and had the old unit running as it was in 10 minutes. Some worn connectors and wire nuts. Same diagnosis, bad Fan motor, parts available next day . Old unit ran fine all nite and next morning then Thomas installed a new motor. Total charge $400.
Compared to CCAC $90. trip charge + $1250. Fan Replacement estimate and a maybe 4-5 day wait on parts. Oddly the entire new ac system quoted could have been in on Monday I was told.

We had another electrician start a job for us and didn’t finish the work. We really needed our dryer outlet working and were in a jam, I called and from the my first interaction with Victoria on the phone, to TJ our technician, it was a G-D send!
They came out the same day and did the job in no time at all. Thank you for helping us and our clothes basket is happy as well!

It was just regular maintenance on HVAC system but the service person was polite, on time and quick. They put in that system last year when my AC blew out and did a great job then. I have been really happy with their service. They use technology in ways that benefit their customer and makes it super convenient to schedule service. They also gave me a courtesy call, text and email when the service person was on their way. I would recommend them to friends.

The cost of tankless water heater flush was horrible. I believe they said we had to purchase parts(flushing kit) and then we did get to keep the kit and it looked like they used an old one. Almost $500. The plumber was nice but honestly feel pretty ripped off for what was done and it did not fix our problem which he couldn’t diagnose.

I would highly recommend this company to serve your HVAC needs. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Angel came in the morning to quickly diagnose the problem. David then came in the afternoon and repaired my unit in less than an hour. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Tech that came was extremely nice, very polite, and very professional. Felt bad that he was not able to fix the unit due to lack of part needed. Found the problem right away. Business took too long to get the part needed. Called someone else and unit fixed the same day. Not able to wait 3-4 days for part to come in. Not with it being 90 degrees inside the house.
