I have had nothing but a great experience with Matthews/CCAC. I get my system checked twice a year to keep it running at optimal performance and the tech Adam does a great job and let’s me know of anything needing attention and replaces anything still under warranty that goes out. A+++ service!

Accidentally broke a pipe then covered it up and did not tell me hoping I wouldn’t notice. Also while putting new wires in the breaker of the panel they disconnected a working wire that went to my security light and left it dangling with a wire cap. When I called them back to fix it they only partially fixed it- in other words they broke something that was working perfectly before they came now want to charge me to put it back together right; the way it was before they came I am now forced to call another electrician to fix the damage they did. I am very inhappy and feel wronged. I am a senior widow and do not like being taken advantage of. I had to pay a large amount of money for the job I hired them for and now have to fix the thing they broke! I don’t know if this was a gimmick to get me to pay more or if they just didn’t know what they were doing. But now I’m left with something that doesn’t work that worked before!
