Service Tech Robert was very thorough on our A/C maintenance check. He also shared good advice on how to help out with maintaining the A/C unit. Very thankful and highly recommended!

I have had nothing but a great experience with Matthews/CCAC. I get my system checked twice a year to keep it running at optimal performance and the tech Adam does a great job and let’s me know of anything needing attention and replaces anything still under warranty that goes out. A+++ service!

Adam was outstanding in checking our a/c system and also find a cause of origin a problem we had. He not only fixed the problem but he completed a through inspection, taking his time, of our a/c units inside and outside. He was also informative and educated me on what was completed and how to be more efficient.

Jeff Boles was very thorough, documented all of his work, well, explained what needed to be done, and why, and explained how he had done it, and how the system was working now. He also took photographs of what needed to be repaired and wine to use in his ex explanations with us.

Accidentally broke a pipe then covered it up and did not tell me hoping I wouldn’t notice. Also while putting new wires in the breaker of the panel they disconnected a working wire that went to my security light and left it dangling with a wire cap. When I called them back to fix it they only partially fixed it- in other words they broke something that was working perfectly before they came now want to charge me to put it back together right; the way it was before they came I am now forced to call another electrician to fix the damage they did. I am very inhappy and feel wronged. I am a senior widow and do not like being taken advantage of. I had to pay a large amount of money for the job I hired them for and now have to fix the thing they broke! I don’t know if this was a gimmick to get me to pay more or if they just didn’t know what they were doing. But now I’m left with something that doesn’t work that worked before!
