Mathews CCAC - Mathews Air Comfort Solutions

I called Mathews while in a bind during Memorial weekend (Friday). 1 unit in house out, not cooling properly and original AC company could not see me till Tues. I called Mathews Saturday and were there promptly within 1 hr or so. Coil had a leak and would be covered by warranty from Lennox. By Sunday, the other unit was out, same problem. Got the coils ordered to be delivered Tues for work to begin, however, there was a delay in coils with backordering. Needless to say, after hearing about Lennox issues with class action, and unsure when Lennox would have coils for me...I decided to replace both units. Not worth the cost to keep adding Freon and will have same prob again (see lawsuit). The company was amazing, gave me an excellent price and came and installed both on same day. Guys working at my house for 8-9 hrs straight and were soo kind and hardworking. Since having these replaced, I have never had the problems I had with the Lennox. My home was only 4 1/2 years old (new build) and had already had to top of the Refrigerant on one side and always felt hot spots throughout the house. All those problems are significantly better. No longer mess with the thermostat like I had to before. I would def recommend using them. They work with their customers and trustworthy. They really did go above and beyond for me during those hot days of summer and time constraints. Hope this helps.

Our AC broke down on a sunday so we called up Mathews, I had seen a lot of good reviews so decided to go with them. It turned out our unit had too many problems, it did its job lasted about 23 years. So we decided on getting a new system and Mathews was able to schedule an install for us in two days (Tuesday April 28th). Ben and Ruben showed up at 830 in the morning and got working on the system outside and inside. They told me I would have cold air by 2 to 3 pm no worries. They were right by about 2:15 they said close the windows and let's start the AC. Both of these techs are first class, very professional, courteous and informative. They know their job. Mathews is fortunate to have these employees job well done by these two gentlemen and house is even cooler than before when my old AC was working. Want to also thank Gloria for her attentiveness and professionalism over the phone and also David, the first tech that came out to inspect our AC on Sunday. You cant go wrong going with these guys for any AC problems or other related needs.

Extremely fast service and attentive to my needs. I recently purchased a home with an old unit and after having two other companies who sub themselves give me little information, Matthew's AC informed me of different options and advise depending on my lifestyle. I was really pleased with John and how he took care of our home even before the installation began! I will add to this post once my installation is complete!

We have found our a/c company! First off, this company has a fantastic deal for a/c checkups & repairs for 2 years. John & Zek came out today & were very thorough. Nobody tried to upsell us on anything. They just talked facts & also gave me a couple of quotes on things I wanted to know more about. Give them a call if you need friendly honest service!

These guys are the only ones i trust when it comes to A/C, they’re thorough and detailed when they explained what happened to my system. they gave me options that were in my budget and the install crew were really the neatest and just great people all around, i would recommend them to anyone in need of A/C work.

The company excelled in many ways. We especially appreciated the thoroughness with which Tom and team studied the HVAC demands of our home and tailored the solution to their findings. The system they installed is working well and they continue to work with us to optimize its performance. When our project was delayed for six months, Tom accommodated the delay, working closely with the other contractors on the job.
They are professional in every sense of the word - from the product they sell to the service they provide.

So grateful how quickly Kyle was able to diagnose the problem and explain options. Got a great deal on a new unit. Definitely recommend for reliable service. Was a pleasure doing business with the company. Will highly recommend to others.

Called because A/C would not turn on, they sent a Tech with in the time frame they said they would both the office and the tech were very professional. The tech fixed the issues A/C was back ok online until around 2am. Called them back out and again nothing but professionalism. The tech found the issues and fixed it at no charge. I can not stress enough how happy iam with this company...

I purchased a new system about 3 months ago. I compared and shopped around. Mathew's wasn't the cheapest (they were really close), but I had worked with them before. May 30th the AC wasn't cooling, and I called and spoke with Gloria at 7:05AM. She was going to send John to my home within 15 mins. This is why I use Mathews. Equipment failures occur, but having the people and the courtesy to correct issues is worth more than a couple of bucks.
