Let me start by saying, this was an amazing experience. Trying to figure out who we would use for our AC/Furnace replacement was a hard choice. We had a couple estimates but were very impressed with Rick from Hetter with his thorough assessment and detailed info on options. They made it an easy choice. He gave us a full breakdown of what each product was and what would be best for our home. It's great to have a salesperson that actually gives you a recommendation on what you actually need. The days leading to the install was very easy. I placed a call to Rick we talked through all the last minute details and got everything scheduled. We were out of town during this time but Rick made it happen and smoothly. They did a very neat and thorough job communicating throughout the day. We've had the AC and furnace for a month and are completely happy with the outcome. I will definitely recommend Rick and Hetter Heating & Cooling.

Scott and Brian Jr showed up right on time. Banged around in the basement for about 6 hours and then we’re done. Other than a new furnace and air conditioner, couldn’t tell they were even here. No trash, swept up floor, excellent looking installation. They even helped me with the new filter size by exchanging what I had on had.

Tim performed our bi-annual maintenance today. He is a professional. He was on time, informative and efficient. He made a few simple recommendations that I appreciated. He communicated well and made sure that my expectations had been met. I would recommend Hetter to others.

We have used Hetter Heating & Cooling for the annual maintenance and needed repairs of our AC & furnace since 2013 because of their service rep Chuck S. Chuck has come to our home every Spring and Fall for the last 10 years to inspect and service our heating and cooling system and he has always impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and honesty. So when my daughter & son-in-law purchased a home a few years ago I purchased a service maintenance plan for them but told them to always ask for Chuck.

On April 4, 2023, Jason diagnosed the problem I was having with my 19 year old furnace. That same day, Rick Hetterscheidt stopped by my home to provide options and prices for a new furnace. The very next morning, Hetter's installer team of Rick and BrianZJR installed a new Tempstar furnace for me. They were on time, professional, friendly, and completed the install in less than 4 hours. That was a little over a week ago, and the furnace has performed well with no problems. Thank you Hetter team!

Hetter converted from a heat pump to gas. Would highly recommend this company. Dave Thulin is a true professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful through this involved process. Shout out to their plumber Lonnie Judson. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. The Technicians did a fantastic installation very thorough and extremely efficient. The general manager Mike runs this company well and has a fantastic group of guys. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC and plumbing needs.

Last week, our furnace went out. Hetter came out within hours to inspect and diagnose the issues. Ultimately, the furnace had to be replaced. Rick and Brian Z. Jr. installed our new furnace and they were on time, professional, and, overall, just excellent. Their performance was consistent with my experience with Hetter over the last 8 years, when we used it for annual maintenance. Highly recommend Hetter.
