Amazing work! Brendan and Jon had my new ac unit installed was also super impressed with their sales rep, Noah, who provided me with estimates on 3 units with ZERO pressure to buy. That speaks volumes when you let your product speak for itself! From the day I called to the completed install was 3 days. Everyone was so nice and professional, I will certainly call them again!

A few days ago Jonathan Williams came to our home and did exactly what we requested with no issues at all and was timely, professional, and efficient. I have used this company previously and knew they offer fair prices so I did not even ask for a quote before they did the work and the amount they charged me was considerably LESS than I had anticipated. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company.

Brendon called ahead of time and asked if it was okay if he came earlier than the window of time they had given. I was happy to say yes and to be asked rather than told! He came promptly, was very courteous, explained what he was doing and made sure I understood. He offered an option to improve our system but said it could be done at any time; there was no pressure to make a decision and do it right then. The system works great and I am highly pleased! We had started with Precision Air under Harold. When he retired Right Way took over his accounts. I had been nervous, because Harold had been so personable and clear on what did/didn't need to be done. I should not have worried - Brendon was every bit as nice and clear as Harold had been. I will be using Right Way from now on!

The team was great. Matt and Nate really went the extra mile during the install to make sure we understood how to operate and take care of our new unit, as well as address issues the last owner did incorrectly which posed a hazard. I can't say enough good things about the team and company as a whole.

We had RW H&C move our AC compressor to our yard while we had a patio put in, and then move it back in place when the patio was finished. They just re-installed it today. Matt and Nate did a great job. We were very particular about the unit's placement and them crossing the new grass since we just invested in the new patio. They were excellent in following our instructions and asking lots of questions to make sure they got it right. They got the AC working again and redid the old hook ups so it looks much nicer. At the end, Matt even gave me some tips on the best way to keep the compressor clean to get some extra life out of it.

Right Way is a great company. Kind, professional and responsive employees. Chris is always so great to work with he had to tackle a repair in our attic space in the heat of the summer last year and did a great job. He came out yesterday for the yearly maintenance on our unit and it was great to see him. From the folks on the phone to the technicians it’s just really nice to know that they have got you covered. Right Way really is the right choice!

This company is the best we have ever used!!! From the woman Marilyn who answers their phones, to the service tech Brendon who came out when our hot water heater wasn’t working to the install techs Matt & Nate who installed the new water heater. The whole team at this company truly do care & offer the best customer service! Thank you for all of your help.

We had a great experience with Right Way Heating & Cooling. Our heater went out a few weeks ago and we called their team and they were extremely prompt and professional. My husband commented that it was one of the best encounters he has ever had with a service call. Highly recommend!

Brian was incredible! Worked very quickly and explained his process. We could not have been happier and will be referring all our friends to you guys. We will not be suffering in this summer heat!

Matthew and Noah did a wonderful job installing my new HVAC system. Mine was over 23 Years old and needed replaced. They carefully took the old unit away and expertly installed my brand new system. They were friendly and left the area cleaner than it was before. I highly recommend Right way as they are a family business and they feel like family when they are in your home.
