Hetter installed a brand new Trane A/C and Furnace at my condo. When I first reached they quickly came out to my condo and gave me a very competitive quote. They were also very willing to answer all of my questions about the install and their qualifications. Once I made my decision to go with them on a Friday, they were able to get me on the schedule the following Tuesday.

Scott and Brian arrived right around 9am on the day of the install, and got right to work installing the new furnace and air conditioner. They put down carpet to protect my floors, ran tests to ensure that the units were running properly, and showed me everything that was done. There were extremely professional and very knowledgeable in how to best install the new units.

It’s been about a week so far and everything both units been running extremely well (and it’s very nice to have air conditioning again). Would definitely recommend their services

I have been using Hetter Heating & Cooling for years. They installed our complete system back in 2010. Trane furnace, air conditioner, trunk line expansion, and a hot water tank at that time. We have used them on a maintenance package ever since. They are always on time, call ahead with an estimated arrival time, always professional and courteous. Tech Tim showed up today for my seasonal maintenance/inspection and continued to live up to the Hetter Heating & Cooling standards. I always recommend them whenever someone asks about an HVAC professional.

I've been a Hetter customer for years and utilize their service/maintenance package where they come out twice a year to make sure my system is running smoothly. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous, and professional ... every ... single ... time. Big thanks to Rick Hoffman who was just out to my house this morning. He gave me some tips on how to keep the dirt and dust out of the coils during the winter and even recommended an electrician when I asked for another project I was working on.

Our installers, Brian and Rick, were awesome!! Both were Knowledgeable, professional, polite, considerate and respectful!! After the installation all was cleaned up, Brian explained our new thermostat controls. Our sales person, Rick, was very friendly, knowledgeable and not the typical pushy sales person. Zac and Rick did a great job installing our new AC and furnace. They laid down floor protection before starting, did a neat job, explained everything very clearly, carried away the old equipment and cleaned up after themselves. So far, the system is working very well.

Friends of mine referred me to Hetter and I couldn't be happier with their service. They installed a new furnace, AC system, and humidifier in my condo. Walt was extremely helpful during the estimate process, by answering all my questions and even helping me complete some paperwork required by my condo association. Hetter's pricing was $3k-$5K less than estimates I got from other companies for comparable systems. Scott and Brian Jr. went above and beyond during the installation. They had to do some custom work to get the humidifier to fit on my ductwork but they made it happen! And they even got rid of a snake they found living under the old air conditioner unit outside. Choose Hetter- you'll be glad you did.

A remarkable experience : I bought a home, like all remodels it was cheaply done w/ low rated contractor power units. I did lots of online research and sent out requests to 3 different companies & got lots of varying information. Walt from Hetter provided me the most accurate information & feedback. He took pictures, did an analysis & gave me several options w/ information to support his suggestions, recommendations & why. He was quite thorough. I upgraded from an 80 pct efficient to 96 pct efficient furnace by the installation processes recommended & maximum return on investment. They installed a new thermostat w/ a cover & wall plate so no bare spots on wall showed from previous thermostat, a very nice cosmetic touch. He also informed me approximate installation time & team involved. Michael & Donzel arrived on schedule, confirmed the order information, inspected the house, explained the process involved , asked for my approval and laid out tarps to protect my house. They were informative, selective in their process, gave me options, extremely efficient & meticulously neat & clean, nobody could've asked more from a company, it's people, process & performance.

We've been living at our condo for just about two years but the furnace here was decades old and during a winter storm a few weeks back, it finally died. Hetter was much more responsive than the other companies we called, sending over an inspector within just 15 minutes or so (other companies gave an estimated time of a few hours). After comparing their quoted price to averages we'd researched online, we decided to go with them for full furnace replacement, especially considering their quick response. Rick and Brian Z Jr. did the full replacement and installation (including having to take out the water heater) in one day with no breaks and did an amazing job. Great guys, very professional, friendly and personable, answered any questions we had, kept the area clean and were just really great. Furnace has been great. Would recommend Hetter to anyone.

We used Hetter in late January to replace our heating system. They made a recommendation on size, type, etc. and were cheaper than some of the other quotes we were receiving but seemed way more knowledgeable and helpful. Our installers Michael and Donzel were very professional and did a great job! They reviewed everything with me before they left and left the area clean. Would recommend for any maintenance or replacement! We will be using them for maintenance and annual reviews moving forward.
