Hetter Heating & Cooling

I've used Hetter for a number of years at multiple homes. My most recent Furnace replacement was completed as scheduled with courtesy and professional technicians, Jerod & Donzel.

Hetter had the best price of the multiple bids we took, and I trusted their experience. After I chose their bid, they were at the house two days later with the new equipment. Rick and Michael installed the new a/c and explained everything as they went. Did a great job.

Our furnace of 27 years was replaced by Hetter Heating and Cooling this week. Thank you to salesman, Walt and technicians, Zac and Jerod for a job well done!

This is the second time we have used Hetter Heating and Cooling. What a wonderful company to work with, everyone from the home office stafg to the hard working techs on the field. We recently had a whole new AC Unit put into our home from the 1960s. Rick, Brian Jr, and Jerrell is a dream team! They were such a pleasure to work with, answered all of my questions, very professional, and friendly. I can tell they truly enjoy working with one another. They were also very efficient and thorough and left the work area tidy and clean. I'm so happy to have worked with the Hetter team and highly recommend the company! Thank you.

Couldn't be happier with our new AC and furnace we had installed a couple of weeks ago. Our house has never felt this cool before and we are keeping the temperature set a couple of degrees higher than we use to. From our sales person Dave T. to our installers, Rick and Brian Z. Jr. everyone did a great job. Finished in the amount of time quoted and besides the brand new units you would have never known they were there when they finished the job. Will definitely recommend Hetter to others!

Great service! Install went smoothly and took less time that estimated. They offered to cover the floors. Cleaned up well, nothing left behind. Scott Dayton was friendly.

We are in a rental so we didn't get to choose which company to use to come look at our furnace that stopped working. The first technician sent out was so nice and quickly diagnosed that the furnace was from 1989, in very poor condition (dangerous to operate) and needed replaced. He even checked the AC unit and determined it was from 1991 and also should be replaced if my landlord would agree to it. Luckily, he did! The next two techs that came a couple days later to do the installs were incredibly kind, professional and high quality technicians. Scott, Michael, and Dayton (...Dakota, Daytona? I can't remember lol) all got to work quickly on replacing the appliances and thermostat and were also very understanding of my dogs barking and being chaotic! They were so patient with me and the dogs being there and I can't thank them enough. Our new furnace, AC and thermostat work wonderfully and these guys took the time to show me how to use everything and explain what to look for and who to call if I needed anything. I can't thank them enough for providing such a great service!

Tim came out today and did a great job checking out my heating system. Hetter has been a great find for all my ac and heat needs.
