Hetter Heating & Cooling

We utilized Hetter for a new furnace install as ours was reaching the end of its service life. The salesman was very easy to work with, no pressure, and responsive.
The installers, Scott and Brian Jr, were great as well. Installation was on-time and went smoothly.

We recently replaced the HVAC in our house. A friend recommended Hetter Heating and Cooling. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. Scott did a great job communicating with us during the job to let us know how the process was going. He explained the new equipment, thermostats, changing filters, and adjusting the moisture level in the house. Scott, Michael, Donzel, Brian Jr., and Patrick worked as a team to ensure our installation went smoothly. We will be recommending Hetter Heating and Cooling to our family and friends.

After given the run around by my home warranty, I called this place after reading other reviews. Couldn't recommend this place more. Scott and Brian were both professional but down to earth. They made sure everything they did was done correct. Ensured they left the house how they arrived to it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new HVAC system.

Starting with Rick and progressing through Jerod, Zac, and Dayton with the installation, we could not have asked for a smoother process. We had Hetter replace our full air system. The new system is quieter and more efficient than expected, plus the installers were done within five hours. Would use them again in an instant.

Donzel did an incredible job installing our new whole home humidifier. He took the time to explain what he'd do before he did it. He also showed us how the unit worked after installed and how to best maintain the unit. We look forward to working with Hetter for all of our future heating and cooling needs because of our experience with their helpful admin staff and Donzel's work.

We had never used Hetter for service. Our neighbors had a very recent new install with them so when our furnace started making noise we contacted them. Tim was the technician and went above and beyond in service and professionalism. Gave great advise on filter usage, potential other issues. We are beyond pleased with all aspects of his and the companies service! Will be using them for a new unit when the time comes.

Scott, Donzel, and Dayton came out the day after I accepted the estimate, and completed the entire HVAC replacement (AC, furnace, air cleaner) by early afternoon. Clearly explained how to operate and clean all parts - excellent work!

We worked with Tim when our furnace was giving us issues. He arrived swiftly after the problem unraveled and was able to work through challenge presented by our heating system.

Scott, Michael, and Brian Jr. showed up right on time and got right to work installing my new HVAC system. I was in the other room working and only occassionally heard them. It was a tight fit but they finished right about the time I was told. Scott spend a few minutes extra minutes going over the finer points of programming my thermostat afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a full install.

I highly recommend Hetter Heating & Cooling. They installed my HVAC system a few years ago. The salesman was friendly and explained all my options and recommend the best option (not the most expensive) for my home. I continue to use Hetter for annual maintenance. Their techs are always on time and professional.

Recently I had an issue with my HVAC during a holiday, following some extreme weather. I spoke to a rep and he stated they couldn't do a maintenance call for another day, and parts could be delayed due to the holiday. I booked Hetter for the next day and then booked another company that could do a service call that day (it was cold outside). That was a mistake. The other company showed up, completed an inspection and recommended replacing parts that cost more than 50% of the price of the entire unit. I told them I wanted a 2nd opinion. Hetter showed up the next day, did a complete inspection and stated the unit is running fine, and that I should continue seasonal maintenance.

Everyone (sales, technicians, & office staff) I have worked with at Hetter is extremely accommodating, professional, technically proficient, and honest. I enjoy the updates that they mail out. It shows it's a business that cares about both customers and employees. I will stick with them in the future and recommend them to friends.
