Hetter Heating & Cooling

Hetter was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful with decision to fix or replace but without a pressured sales pitch. Our 10 year old heat pump wasn't working, they came out and gave a quote to fix, when asked they then gave us a quote to replace with a few different options. After receiving quotes from a few other companies we decided to go with Hetter and had our new system installed within a week. Scott and Zac did a great job on the installation, they were professional and answered all questions thoroughly.

Our furnace died last week just as the weather forecast was calling for snow, extreme cold temps with strong winds producing dangerous wind chills etc.! Ouch! We were lucky enough to get on the list for a service call on the same day. Repairs for a 30 year old furnace were going to be cost prohibitive so instead techs Rick and Brian Z Jr. installed a new furnace and ac. They were prompt and professional and worked all day to get the heat restored in the house.

Zac, Donzel, and Dayton were professional, punctual, and efficient during the furnace install. Bryan was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and recommending solutions. And Rick was so kind to follow up immediately and walk through the replacement options. Really appreciate the courteous and professional care!! Kids are happy that the house is warm again!!

From start to finish, A+. During a furnace service last Friday (by another company), we found out our gas furnace was compromised, have been leaking CO2 and have to be shut down immediately. Needless to say, that left me scrambling for quotes and install timelines. Rich came within 1 1/2 hours, assessed the issue and gave us options with timelines that we better than all others. We booked for a Monday install and in the meantime, he gave me the heater from his car to use over the weekend. This morning, exactly at the time agreed upon, Rick came knocking. He was soon joined by Jerod. My previously system was a Lennox - The Pulse, which is a beast in size and weight, so I honestly felt bad for these two gentlemen. No complaints, no issues, just plain professionalism as they went straight to work taking apart the old system. Another Hetter member came to assist in the removal, didn’t catch his name. All were respectful and careful with my belongings during the whole process. Couldn’t ask for a better experience to an unexpected occurrence. Will definitely call when it’s time for the AC.

The end-to-end experience with Hetter was fantastic. From troubleshooting my old system, assessing the repair vs. replacement decision, selecting a new system, all the way through installation, every interaction was friendly, professional, and informative. I've worked with other local heating and cooling companies in the past and my experience with Hetter was incomparably better. Highly recommend.

Tim provided great service when doing maintenance on my furnace. He was very thorough and provided clear explanation of what he was checking. I asked several questions, and all were answered clearly. I appreciate his attention to detail and efficiency. Thank you!

Tim was our tech last week for our yearly furnace check up. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and gave me some hints about ways to save a little money on the thermostat and how to keep the furnace in good shape. Now I know how long those filters are supposed to last!

They made sure we received the proper rebates for our new install and were reasonably priced in general. When it came to installation, they were quick to get us on the schedule, prompt with their arrival, efficient and detailed in the process, and gave us tips and tricks for proper care of our new units.
