Hetter Heating & Cooling

We have used Hetter a number of times and have been pleased each time! We recently had Rick H. out for routine maintenance. He was prompt and efficient with his work. Also was very helpful with educating us about our systems. Each tech has been very friendly and great to work with!

Rick Hoffman was very courteous and worked quickly and quietly while i had a work call during the time that he was at my house servicing our HVAC units. I was able to hop off the call for a short period and rejoin without any disruptions. Fantastic service as always

When our family was already under great stress. Our furnace became unusable due to its age. Thankfully, the great team at Hetter was there for our family when we needed it most! For that, my family will forever be grateful and thankful for them. The team of Rick, Zac and another gentleman, came in and got the old furnace out and the new one installed in no time! The team was very professional and took the extra step to ensure the workspace was all cleaned up after install. It was like nothing ever happened! When our furnace died at end of life we got several quotes. Hetter was here the next day, did an extensive job learning about our house and unique heating/cooling needs. Produced a competitive quote same day with various options. Once we selected Hetter they were here next day and the installers were amazing. Respected our home, completed the install, and stayed around to make certain everything was working correctly. Our comfort level is significantly improved. I highly reccomend getting a quote from Hetter.

We have had Hetter Heating and Cooling service our hvac through a maintenance agreement with them for a few years now. They are very good at what they do and their techs are courteous and friendly. Rachel at the service desk is the same. We trust them and several other family households of ours use them too. We recently had our furnace and air conditioner replaced. Our neighbor recommended Hetter Heating and Cooling. We spoke with Rick in sales in the morning, meet with him a few hours later, and ordered our units. The units were installed in a matter of a few days. Rick and Michael were the installers. They were very professional. They were respectful of our home. We couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish.

We’ve used Hetter for a while now whenever we have issues with the furnace. For repairs, they are quick, efficient and very reasonably priced.

Most recently we needed to get a new air conditioner unit. The cost/options provided were very clear and there was no high pressure sales or anything like that.

The installation was done by Rick and Jerrell — both of whom were extremely nice, professional, and efficient. They gave me a time frame/expectation when they arrived and were done within 4 hours or so. They cleaned up/did not leave anything behind. They showed me the work they did and how to operate the new thermostat.

I would highly recommend Hetter as they have always been a reliable, trustworthy company over the 4-5 years we’ve used them.

Hetter Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC and A/C unit for me. Rick and Brian Z Jr we’re on site this morning at the specified time. They were both very professional. They took extra precaution to ensure my carpet and floors weren’t dirtied or damage as they went in and out of the house. They thoroughly explained to me the functions of my new thermostat and features I could utilize with my new system. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hetter to any family or friends looking for any heating or cooling work.
