Technicians are always professional, courteous and reliable. They maintain our HVAC equipment and explain anything we are not sure of, giving good helpful advice if needed.

We were so impressed with the people that work for Brady Flanary. The person that answered the phone on my call was prompt and friendly. The professional knowledge mixed with decent people doing their job to the best of anybody's ability made this a painless event for us. Each person that played a role in getting our new heating and air system in was 100 percent invested in what they were doing. We got the best for our needs and I appreciate their work and their friendliness. We highly recommend this team.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever worked for. I know personally that always a try to rip people off and the owner is money hungry. They charge $276 for a dual compositor, but you can buy one at a store or online for $20 max. They also charge and unbelievable fee of $100 for just coming out to your house ( even if they don’t fix anything ). I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to pay out the butt for horrible service. They will put on a show to make you think that there doing a lot, but in reality there not at all.

They quickly responded to our needs, the Tech was very friendly. They are honest and will only charge you for what you need. I will use them again maintenance service as they are affordable.

I have used Brady Flanary ever since we moved here in 2009. Always come right away.Have kept my AC going for the past 13 years for which I’am so very thankful.

Have always been able to come out same day with the exception of one day last year during Covid, when they had to come out next day. Always professional, on time and honest which I appreciate greatly. Will continue to use them for my heating and air issues.

Brady Flannary HVAC has been great for us. Regular maintenance as well as emergency situations.
We had a 23 member Reunion in June 2018 and our son, who arrived early, said the bedroom upstairs was too hot. I checked the thermostat, 80* inside and set at 72*. It was set right but the outside unit was not operating for the 2nd level. Checked in the attic and no switch to turn on.
Called Brady Flannery and they were out in an hour.
A chipmunk had gotten inside the 2nd unit, crossed terminals and shorted out the whole unit! Left a bit of hide as a calling card.
We had a crowd of people coming for the whole weekend and the heat was going to make it miserable.
Brady Flannery had 6-7 guys out in an hour- guys outside with a new unit, guys down in the basement and in the attic replacing what needed to be replace.
The weekend was saved because they're big enough to have the stock, the people and the empathy to move when needed.

So, our capacitor went out on our heat pump. This was on a Saturday. We called Brady Flanary and they sent a truck out. They gave us a time frame. They explained the billing process. The young man called about half an hour before he came. He was within the time frame. He was clean cut, courteous, and the consummate professional. He diagnosed the problem. He told me the costs of replacement. Price was what I expected. He replaced it. He checked the freon levels and told me they were "spot on" which is a good sign. He sent me an electronic invoice. I paid him with a check. I even had a coupon which B&F honored. Purt near the best experience I have ever had with customer service. I give them my highest recommendation.

They charged us $1692.00 to replace a compressor that was under warranty. They charged $201.00 to diagnose the problem and $1491.00 to install the compressor that was under warranty once it came in. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. 4 hrs to install a free compressor. You do the math. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

This company is great. Always willing to assist with any situation or problem you may be having. So professional and respectful. I have purchased three units from Brady Flannery at three different locations. I wouldn't do business with anyone else for my HVAC
