Brady Flannery installed a propane furnace 3 years before we bought our home. A year after our purchase we had them replace the a/c with a heat pump and kept the furnace because it was so new. They gave a fair estimate and did a great job and left the basement cleaner than before they started. That was July 2014, we have had our system checked in the spring and fall since then. Techs are always on time and give you a ten to fifteen minute call ahead before arrival. The ladies in the office are also very helpful. Great company.

I don’t how you got my daughter name it is Wanda and William Cutler who has the heating and air conditioner. It was serviced in October for the yearly and changing the filter. They were fine very efficient and friendly.

After several weeks being without air, we got the run around from another company. Called Brady Flanary they gave us 2 hour window, called said they would be here 15 mins. and they were. Very prompt and NICE!! Said needed new unit and was installed within 2 days. WOW!! Installed very professionally and right. We were treated like royalty. Husband was very pleased with their work. They told him what was wrong with the old unit, over the phone because Husband was at work. Very Great Business. Highly recommend Brady Flanary they are the 'BOMB" A 10 star business indeed!!

From start to finish I had a great experience with Brady Flanary. Austin was the technician that came to our home. He was extremely polite, very informative, and very professional. I felt like the repair was reasonable for what it cost. We will definitely use them again. This was our first time.

We have used Brady Flanary for over 20 years to maintain our HVAC systems. We are on the maintenance plan where they come by twice a year to make sure we are prepared for upcoming season.
Just to day I had an issue with heat, they had a technician out in 2 hours to get me up and running. If you need HVAC service, please give them the opportunity to earn your business.

This company offers great everything that I have experienced so far. The customer service is the best. The knowledge of the technician is great. We have not had an issue since he was here. I will always use them.

We bought our home in 1978, electric baseboard heat, no air conditioning. In 1986 we had duck work installed with vents in the ceiling in the basement and ducks in the floor for the main level of our house. At the time Duke Energy had a program for high energy heat pumps. We picked the highest efficiency unit which happened to be a Trane. Replaced the fan in the air handler about 10 years ago and maybe 2 other service calls over the years which turned out to be minor issues.

In May of this year the unit started making a noise. Called Brady Flanary and a technician was at our house the next day. He put a new motor in the air handler but when he started the unit up he found other problems making the repair more expensive with no guarantee that there would’ve be more issus.

So I say let’s stop the repair process and let me talk with a salesperson. Salesperson person was knowledgeable, reviewed my options including repairing the old system. I felt no pressure to buy. The service charged was subtracted from the cost of the new unit.

On May 19,2022 Brady and Flanary installed a top of the line Trane heat pump. They were professional, organized, clean and polite as I was in there immediately work area most of the day. I highly recommend these installation guys. I wish I had written there names down!

I usually don’t write reviews. Today is October 25, 1922. We have nonthing but good things to say about our Trane product and the Brady and Flanary HVAC company. The old Trane unit served us well over the years. We expected the new system to match the old system and it does. The one big thing we noticed almost immediately was how our house was so much more comfortable. The air circulation is so much better. We had no clue that the air circulation would make such a difference.

We were impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism from the start and have continued using them for repairs and servicing Our most recent seasonal maintenance in November ensured that our system worked well through the extreme cold in December.
