Comfort Control Systems NC

I called Comfort Control Systems this morning because the fan on my outdoor unit was not working. I talked with Jason and he said they would work me in today. Soon after I got a notification that a technician would be onsite from 12:00 to 1:00. Later I received a notification that a technician was in route. He was right on time at 12:00, not only that he was walking out the door with the A/C running right at 1:00. Fast, clean work. While he was in my home he was very professional and courteous. Comfort Control Systems is who I plan to use in the future.

We called at 8am this morning about a HVAC fan issue we discovered last night. Jason let us know he was on the way about 30 min before he arrived- close to noon (same day!). He was very professional and quickly started assessing the problem. Our issue was resolved within an hour. He took pictures to document how disgusting our unit is on the inside also and how that is impacting performance. We decided to purchase the annual maintenance plan to get everything back to the level of cleanliness it should be. They come out twice a year to clean and do a 56 point tune up. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and I also felt everything was explained in a way I could understand. I HIGHLY recommend!

I called Comfort Control Systems one evening after another HVAC company had made me an appointment, but never showed nor called. Jason told me that I'd be one of the first on schedule for the next morning. They were not only showed up in a timely manner, but they notified me that they were ON THE WAY!!!

Professional company with friendly staff and crew. they know what there are doing. stayed in contact with me prior to arrival ( on time as always ) and got the job done ! this is my go to company for hvac Thank you for what you do !

Best HVAC experience yet, Jason is super responsive, willing to explain all parts of a job and answer questions and his crew was professional, communicative, and make sure they did their job well while still being efficient and quick. Will absolutely go to again for hvac needs in the future.

Jason and his employees are very professional. Jason was very upfront on cost when they would be here for installation! He answered all of my questions and his employees were very respectful of my home!! I am very pleased with the service I received!
