Horrible experience. Technician/owner arrived at house prior to agreed time, tested the equipment outside and claimed no need to come home and there were no problems with the AC and that we were expecting too much of the unit. Never tested airflow inside. Was still charged. Won't do business again.

Called because AC unit was not working, owner was here within a matter of minutes and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Replaced wall unit upstairs. Very nice gentleman.
