My hvac went out on friday night. I called Comfort Control and they came right away. The repair got me through the weekend of over 90 degree temperatures until the full repair could be completed with a new part. I am so grateful!

I have used CCS for several years, and each time is just as good as the first. I have referred several friends and family, and they have also had great experiences. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain things to me so I understand the process and care instructions. They respond in a very timely manner. The owner even came to my house on a Sunday when I had an emergency heating situation during the winter. I really value and appreciate their care and concern for me as a customer! Hands down best customer service I have experienced.

This place is awesome, first experience with any business in nc since moving here. They are very professional and friendly. Explained all our options for either repairing or getting a new hvac. The air handler of our secondary air conditioner quit. It is located in an attic crawlspace. They scheduled the appointment, told us the name of the technician coming and notified us when he was enroute. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly and then did some maintenance on the outside unit to make the system work better
