Brady Flanary is our go to company for maintenance on our newer HVAC system. They installed the new system and reconfigured our system space that made better sense. We highly recommend these good folks!

Austin has been great, coming to our house to check out our system for several years. Always very polite..and wears his shoe covers...and gives us a clean bill of health. Its nice to know if anything goes wrong in between visits all we have to do is call and he will be out that day.

We have always been very happy with their service. When we have problems they are very prompt answering and then scheduling service and coming out to fix the problem. We have also had two installations.

I've used these guys to do full HVAC replacements on a number of houses. Their workmanship is beyond compare; they respond to all questions/inquiries immediately; and they're priced competitively. They've even told me when I should NOT hire them. I highly recommend them.

I have two heat pump systems. When one stopped working I was sure I knew what was wrong. I'm a big enough person to admit I was totally wrong. The technician came out late in the day - towards evening - and had it figured out in five minutes. He had the part in his truck and I was all buttoned up and cooling back down in less than an hour start to finish. Thanks to all the people at Brady Flanary (especially the nice lady who took my hysterical call - Patience as I recall.).

Excellent service the Technician was on time and very courteous and efficient. Before coming in house he put on shoe covers and wore a mask. This company did the original installation and I was impressed with their service from the start.

We had our 30 year old heat pump replaced by Brady Flanary in September of 2016. I have to say that it was the best choice that we have made in a long time. We had several companies come out and give us estimates for replacing the unit, some lower and some higher, but these guys are awesome. Patrick did a fantastic job of explaining all of the options that we had available for our home. The installers were top notch, and left the job site cleaner than what it started as. I couldn't be more pleased with the choosing these guys to do the work. We waited a couple of months to see how good the new heat pump has worked and even during the winter months, it has been awesome. I couldn't recommend them any higher, give them a chance because you won't be disappointed.

We called BF for AC service for our recently purchased home. Although we were new to the area, they treated us like we had been their customer for years, they were courteous, professional, and solved our problem. They cared about making it right for us. I would recommend them for anyone having problems with their AC.

I had an issue where my outside unit was not turning on at all. I called Brady Flanary and John was at my house that afternoon. John was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job and he fixed my issue. I also had the maintenance done on my system at the suggestion of John. I set up an appointment and Brad came out to my house and did an outstanding job cleaning my system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
