Called in appointment, which was quick and easy, Technician # 5699 arrived within scheduled time window, technician was courteous, knowledgeable and cared about getting my A/C unit back working correctly.

Called for service on my mothers unit at her home. Previous company said unit was unrepairable and needed replacement. After inspection by a determination was made that although unit was aged , all it needed was Freon. So Freon was added and unit has been functioning fine for close to a year. They got several new customers that day.

Fit me in the same day. Tech was on time. Found problem quickly. He gave me honest answers and didn't try to sell equipment or services that I don't really need. I will definitely use this company again.
