The service was great from Patience who answered the phone to Bradley, the technician who came to my house.

They answered all my questions and concerns and even sent over a consultant to assess my HVAC units to make sure I had adequate units. (I did).

The first young, inexperienced techs that they sent out gave little to no attention to detail and made a promise to me (that the unit would not leak condensation water) that proved to be a fallacy. The condensation over-filled the drip-pan and, in the steel of the night, leaked OVER the pan onto the floor of my attic and seeped into the ceiling below. NOT GOOD. ... This being said, when I called to complain to the owner, he PERSONALLY and immediately came out to my home on a Sunday afternoon and not only unclogged the overflow piping but installed a better, more efficient PVC valve and pipe all for no additional charge. He did all the work himself and did a great job, at that. As disappointed as I was in his tech, I was equally impressed with his handling of the matter. The owner saved the day for his company and I will not hesitate to use them again as I'm fairly certain that tech is no longer working for him.

I am so impressed with Brady Flanary - it is truly an amazing company! Everyone that works there has been of the highest standard. Their pricing is very affordable and I love being a Discount Club member. I enjoy the perks of maintenances multiple times a year, getting our system ready for the season ahead. Their service technicians go above and beyond to help customers like me- the ones who do their research every time something goes wrong and appreciate having an honest company at my home. I chose all of the services they perform because they truly do it all. 5-stars, Brady Flanary!

Very efficient and professional outfit. They gave us three options and it didn’t try to push the most expensive option. They provided free Freon at no charge to our old leaky unit while the new one was in transit. Installation was smooth with no inconvenience. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

They are an amazing company to work with . Thankful we found them 8 yrs ago when our air broke down on a Sunday in 100 degree temperatures. They were right here for us and got it repaired quickly.

The phone personnel was very pleasant and professional. The technician was also very pleasant and professional. He got right to the problem, and had to go get a part that was typical to not have on his truck. The whole process took so little time and my condensate pump was up and running in no time!! Thank you so much. I will definitely use them when my old A/C gives out!!

Mother-in-law experienced cooling loss in hottest part of the summer & they promptly got her unit fixed same day. Based upon their immediate response, I started using them for maintenance on my 2 units as well as her unit.

Came out within 30 minutes in the heat of summer. The man who came to fix it was extremely nice and patient, explained everything he was doing and got the job done within 45 minutes, and I had AC again. Other places I called were going to make me wait for hours before they could even send someone out.

They are also the lowest priced! Definitely recommend

They are always on time and very reliable. Always have appointments available. The longest I have to wait is one day. They also have emergency after hour service for an extra fee, which is also reasonable.
