I recently had my air condition go out and i didn't really know who to call. I easily found Brady Flanary in the yellow pages where they also had a coupon! The technician arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose my problem which was just a capacitor. He explained everything very thoroughly so that i could understand! Within just a short time, he had figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot! Plus the pricing was very reasonable! The office personnel was also polite and professional. Overall i had an excellent experience with them! Very happy customer and I will be using them again!

AC went out, called Brady Flanary to come look at it. Charged $140 to do diagnostic on a sunday. they then charged me over $240 to replace a capacitor (which they called a "power pack") which can be bought on Amazon for $10.. I'm serious the part they replaced is a JARD brand part #12783 if you google that its $10 they charged me $404 total for something I could have googled and fixed myself. Oh and he was at my house less than 30 min total. he pulled off a panel held on by two 8mm screws and the capacitor is right there. I don't mind paying a diagnostic fee but overcharging me by $230 dollars for a $10 part is WRONG!!!! DO NOT USE THEM** STAY AWAY

They show up when they say they will, are available for emergency service, do great work and clean up behind themselves. We've used Brady Flanary HVAC for years. Started out using them while in King and now use them in Winston Salem. We purchased a new upstairs and downstairs unit when our crapped out a few years ago. They were nothing but professional and we felt upfront and honest with pricing and parts. Every service person since has been nice, considerate and takes time to explain any issues found and why and how they were corrected. Our most recent contract maintenance call was on 9-29-17 and the technician was Spencer.

I called Brady Flanary because my A/C wasn't working. The receptionist was knowledgeable and told me what to do in case of a freeze up so it would be thawed before the technician arrived. I was able to get a 2 hr window 1.5 hrs after I called and the technician arrived 30 minutes within the window. He was courteous and thorough. The price was reasonable. When I asked how often the system should be maintenanced, he provided information about their contracted maintenance program, which I plan to sign up for in the fall. Highly recommended for your heating/cooling purchase, maintenance and repair!

I had two units not working in 90 degree heat. I emailed Brady Flanary for help.The receptionist called promptly and set up an appointment in the next hour and a half. The technician called on his way and arrived right on time. He did a very detailed evaluation of each unit and advised as to the best options for solving the problems. He outlined costs and recommended the necessary repairs.He got my approval before any work was done and settled on pricing. He performed the necessary tasks while dealing with a thunderstorm and a heavy downpour of rain.He spent over two hours getting everything just right. I was very impressed with his professionalism, good manners, and technical knowledge. After purchasing a service contract, I am looking forward to future maintenance visits.

I had my AC go out towards the end of the summer in 2018, Brady Flanary came out and addressed the issue, but the report looked grim for my aging HVAC. When they came to do a checkup this spring it was terminal. They did a full inspection of my needs, and recommended several well priced options. Within the week they had my new HVAC units installed and running and left a clean environment behind. I would highly recommend Brady Flanary for your HVAC needs.

Really fast and responsive customer service! Didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to buy things I didn’t need. My HVAC stopped blowing air suddenly, technician came out same day and diagnosed the issue/replaced the damaged/deteriorated part needed to get my hvac back up and running. Def will be using them again for tune ups/regular servicing.

Had AC blower motor replaced over the weekend. Service was good. Took them approximately 1 hr. But cost for motor and labor was 900.00. Looked up motor online it was 125.00. Over charged me big time, but it was the weekend!
