I started using Brady Flanary HVAC around 2000. Originally they replaced a Trane heat pump compressor, installed by another contractor, but still under the factory warranty. In 2007, it became time to investigate the costs of a complete system replacement. Patrick, with BFHVAC, came out a gave me a quote and I then got quotes from several other contractors. Brady Flanary had the best price but I needed to save some money for the replacement. In 2010, I called Patrick back out for an updated quote and had them change the system out. In the fall of 2011, I had a strange odor coming from the system which turned out to be “Dirty Socks Syndrome”. For the next 2 years we tried several different remedies to fix the issue but nothing worked. In 2012, Neil and Trane stood by their words and replaced the coil with an epoxy coated one at absolutely no cost to me and I’ve never had the odor again. Brady Flanary and Trane probably gained a lifetime customer for standing by their words. Nobody does that anymore!
Technicians, office staff and management are always extremely professional, responsive, courteous, reliable and upfront about potential costs and arrival times.

I use Brady Flanary for my biannual HVAC service and I love them. They keep my AC and heating in tip-top shape and they are so polite when they come. They always call to let you know when they are about to arrive. They give you a two hour window and so far, have always been on time. There is always someone to answer the phone if you have a problem - even late at night - and they respond pretty quick. My brother had a whole new system installed a few years ago and that work went beautifully. He's especially happy with the electric bills that have dropped by half since the new unit was installed.

I've been dealing with Brady Flanary for about 10 years now, and haven't had a better experience. Over that period, I've replaced both gas furnaces and A/C units, and they have done some other repairs and maintenance. Quality Trane equipment, professional installation and excellent customer service and response. And no one does a better job than Patrick B. in measuring the space and recommending the right equipment. He is the best! Love this company!

I called this company a month ago to get a second opinion and to look at upgrading my aging unit. This is a older home I recently purchased and knew this repair was inevitable. Initially they were very responsive and the tech came out the next day to look at the failing unit. He was very prompt and recommended services and was a delight. He then advised me to talk to the engineer to quote me on a new unit. Patrick was able to schedule me the same day and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly BF handled calls etc. he came out and took measurements then promised a quote by the weekend.
It went downhill from there.
I spent the next month following up to get this quote and stalling repairs in hopes to make plans according to the BF proposal that I never got. I kept calling princess or patience whoever was in the front office and she’d always say I’d get a call back never to get anything...
I am surprised at the about face of service I received from BF and shocked they’d handle customers this way. I am an AA woman so my mind can only run to that or the company thinking I couldn’t afford repairs as being a possible reason for the blatant disregard. It is getting hotter by the day and if I wasn’t going to get what was promised , I could have easily moved on to another vendor.
I work for a global company in the area and surely will advise whoever I know to steer clear if this is how customers are treated. what a lost opportunity!
