We have been customers of Brady Flanary for 20 years, for annual maintenance and emergency repair of our systems, and for replacement of 2 older ones that died. Brady became "our" permanent HVAC company of choice when they were the only one which responded when our AC quit about noon on a sweltering summer day soon after we moved here from California. Started down the list of companies in the Yellow Pages, and quickly ran through four responses of "Sorry, our techs are all booked up for the next few days". The 5th call was to Brady, who responded "Our techs are all tied up, but we'll have one stop by on his way home after his last appointment, if a little after 5 would be OK?" We've been customers ever since!

Brady Flanery did my AC maintenance service how it should be done. Easy, pleasant, fast and proper for a reasonable price. I can't imagine AC service could get better. I wish all others would provide services with these attributes. haha
