We had a wonderful experience with our technician skyler. The whole experience was professional and they were prompt. We will continue to use them for our hvac needs.

In addition to reiterating the comments left by my husband Nate Brown, I would like to add that Alexander Services has a policy (not communicated to customers) of saving your credit card information and charging your card without authorization for jobs that do not belong to you. This is an unacceptable policy and a security risk, which I called and left a message to destroy my information immediately. This is yet another example of carelessness and lack of respect and consideration for the customer that Alexander continues to display despite repeated issues and requests for better service. The owner, Frank Alexander, still believes $300 to be fair compensation for all the work that my husband and I had to do because his workers didn't do it, all the time I have spent calling in to the company to fix errors, all the stress and frustration his company has caused us after we paid his company over $20,000 for work that his company still has not finished. It's when there is a problem that you truly see what a person and company are made of. Suffice it to say, my husband and I are not impressed by this "award-winning" service.

I am impressed! In this age of electronic communication, receiving a card, via snail mail, to follow up with the service call proved to me that customer satisfaction is a number 1 priority for Alexander Heating and Air Conditioning! I was impressed with their electronic communications also, including a photo of the technician and notification that the technician was on his way. Usually customers are given a 2 hour window of when a service person might show up. Not with Alexander! Being prompt is another way they value customer service. Since our unit was over 10 years old I was expecting the worse - Thousands of dollars replacing the whole unit. I was grateful that our technician was able to replace the necessary part and recommended a cleaning to prevent future problems. I am impressed and look forward to recommending Alexander to my friends and neighbors.

I hired Alexander Heating and Air Conditioning Service and they arrived on time, were respectful of my property, time, and the price was excellent! Since my unit had not been serviced in a couple of years, I expected them to find something that was going to cost me a great deal of money. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised when it only needed a low cost capacitor. Even though they did not have the lower cost one in their truck, they put in the higher priced one in case I needed to use the air conditioning before I could find time to have them return with the lower priced one. When they returned, there wasn't even an additional charge for switching out the part and the return visit. Highly recommend them!

Quick, professional service to replace a faulty main water shut-off valve.

Used them for the first time today for a plumbing issue. I called and Daniel was out within 2 hours as promised and had everything fixed within the hour. He was very polite and professional and also answered some general questions I had on some future work I need done to replace all my sink faucets. For those things I'll definitely be using them again for plumbing work and also scheduled yearly maintenance on my HVAC because of the great service. I love finding great local businesses.

Our HVAC unit stopped working because of a factory defect in the middle of a very hot summer. Frank Alexander and Co. were extremely flexible - they fit us into their busy schedule and had us up and running in no time. They worked with the manufacturer, and gave us a fair price. Their staff member was very knowledgeable and professional, and explained the problem to us well.
In addition, they have a great notification system where the customer automatically gets an email with the name and picture of the staff member when they are on their way, which is a very nice touch.
Would definitely recommend their services.

Frank and the rest of his team absolutely took care of me when I was not sure who to turn to for the right answer and next step. Alexander Heating and Air had a tough situation on their hands with my house given the fact that another company was involved and complicating matters. Frank and I had a couple of conversations and without hesitation he did the right thing for the customer given the situation and I appreciate that so much. I learned a lot of about the integrity of his company and the values that they stand for today I am quite impressed. If you want great service from a company that will treat the customer as the number one priority then I highly recommend them. Thank you Frank for all that you did, you earned a loyal customer today!

While waiting forever on the company our home warranty wants us to use, I called Alexander Heating to come have a look. They were able to come out right away, sent a notification that Jordan was coming, and he was here exactly on time!!! He was very knowledgeable, showed me exactly what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He emailed the quote for further repairs so that we could decide on home warranty or not. They are no-pressure, super nice and respectful company!! Jordan was excellent to work with! Our warranty is almost up and no matter what, we will be using Alexander Heating from here on out. Excellent.

Jeremy was a great technician. He took his time explaining why our upstairs A/C wasn't working which I really appreciated. I felt like he was giving me honest and fair treatment and he wasn't trying to push me into buying anything while laying out my options. He was also courteous, on time, and finished the job promptly. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
