This company has great communication, reasonable prices and prompt service. We have had issues with our “new air conditioner “ from the builder for over a year. We decided to reach out to another company to evaluate and just pay to get the AC unit fixed. They thoroughly checked our system, reviewed the results and have ordered the part needed after a demonstration of why we had issues.
I have already recommended to my friends they are on the reliable list we have created with 5 stars.

I recently bought a much older home, that came with a ton of HVAC issues on the two separate systems in the house. Over the last year I have used Alexander Heating and Air for numerous (but completely unrelated) heating and AC issues. They are always super responsive, professional, and polite. I am a first time home owner so my knowledge is lacking on some of these issues, but they always explain things thoroughly and never try to sell me on something I do not need. I am grateful to have found a company that I feel so comfortable using!

We recently purchased a home with an HVAC unit that had been installed previously by Alexander. Our heat went out several days before a cold front was supposed to hit, and we needed help fast. Alexander had a technician out to our house the next day. John was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to explain the situation in a way I understood (as an individual with very little understanding of HVAC units).

So it turned out we needed a part that could easily have run almost $800. Frank the owner was in touch with me within minutes to assist me in transferring a warranty the prior owners had, that we didn't even know existed. We were told that the part had to be shipped and would take 2-5 days to arrive. It then ended up arriving first thing the next morning. I can't prove it, but I'm positive that Frank had the part sent overnight on his dime, and only charged us the regular shipping we were initially quoted.

We had heat within a 2 day turnaround, well in time for the cold weather, and can't say enough about the entire Alexander team. From the office staff, to the technicians, all the way to an owner who obviously takes an enormous amount of pride in his business, we were more than satisfied. Of course, I hope we don't have to see them often, but for maintenance needs or anything that comes up in the future, these guys will be out first and only phone call.

I had Alexanders come out for some plumbing issues in my House. Hunter was great! He went beyond being a tech to a caring individual and asked if there was anything he could do for me before he left cause he seen I don’t move around to well! Thumbs up To Alexander Service.

I Iove the way the technicians were on time, and that I got an email when they were on their way to my house. I’ve never had a company show up on time before Alexander Services! I am so impressed. Julius was so fast and efficient maintaining my HVAC and did an amazing job. Better yet, I even got a full printout report of the health of my HVAC system. I’ve never gotten anything like that before either. Hunter was so thorough checking my water heater and giving me professional recommendations for it. He also found and corrected a long standing issue with my drain! He checked it so carefully until he found what was wrong - none of the other many plumbers I’d had here ever did that. He’s so easy to work with. And explains everything so well. I highly, highly recommend this company. Family owned and it shows! The amount of care they put into every detail is very impressive. Highly recommend.

So glad I called Alexander for my plumbing emergency! My hot water heater abruptly hit the end of it's life and I needed a new one fast. Hunter arrived on time, thoroughly explained my options and had a brand new heater delivered, installed, and removed the old one, all in under 4 hours. Outstanding service and I will definitely return to Alexander for future needs.

We use Alexander services for our “twice a year” heating and cooling maintenance. They are very professional from the time you call to schedule the maintenance, to saying ‘thank you and good bye’ to the tech at the end of the service. BUT, for me, the true test of a solid company is what happens when something goes wrong and the system suddenly stops working…

Twice I have called Alexander HVAC late at night in the middle of summer when the AC stopped working and twice I have received a call back from them before 8am the following day with a concrete plan to get us up and running within hours. Also, they are very transparent and are willing to explain and show you the issue-to the extent you’re interested-which goes a long way for someone like me who is actually pretty interested!

If you’ve just moved to a new house and trying to figure out who to trust your HVAC system to, or if you’re unhappy with your current HVAC company, make the move over to Alexander services. You will not be disappointed.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company for plumbing needs. While I agree with other reviews the quotes are a little higher, I've found it worth the money for the services provided. Excellent communication, technicians always on time, and quality work. Definitely recommend them.

My tankless water heater was acting odd and finally gave up and started flashing a code. After calling the installer, a second contractor and finally the manufacturer, they pointed me Alexander. I was afraid is be down for days, instead they showed up within an hour. The tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It ended up being a gas regulator, something I couldn't have diagnosed. He did his best to simply adjust it to save me the cost. He replaced it and left no trace otherwise. Clean, quick and I considered it worth it as a normal diy type guy. Would highly recommend them.
