These people are AMAZING.

I called Yellow Dot and they said they would try to fit me in today, but most likely it would be Monday before they could come out (it is now Friday and 84 degrees upstairs).... Later they called back and said it would be weeks before they would get to me. Another place I called said it was at least two week.

My neighbor recommended Alexanders so I figured what the heck and call to see how long it would be for them. After a few minutes on hold, they said they moved some people around and would be at my home by 6PM TODAY. I was concerned about "after hours service fees" and they said their regular hours are until 9 PM.... I have never heard of that in my life!!!

Darrick and Dave were fantastic and not only fixed my unit but educated me on the unit and the test equipment that they use.

No one else but Alexanders will ever touch my AC / Heating unit.

Electric issue was fixed within 24 hours. Our service technician, Steve, was a pleasure to work with.

Everybody I dealt with at Alexander Services was friendly, polite, and seemed to have my best interest in mind.

John, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He promptly remedies any problems with my HVAC system and provides great service maintaining it.

The hvac techs who did the work were excellent. They are a true value to the company. Alexander heating has always provided great service.

Daniel came out to check on our struggling HVAC. He did a thorough examination, clearly explained what was wrong, and then presented multiple options at a range of prices. At no point was he pushy or tried to up-sell us. He answered all of our questions so that we could make an informed decision.

Please allow me to tell you how pleased I am with my HVAC Technician, John! He was AMAZING!

John diagnosed the problem quickly (which appeared to be poor work from a previous company) and was able to get the HVAC running properly again. In addition, John thoroughly explained to me what he was doing and what the issues were as he fixed them. In doing so, he not only showed his vast knowledge, but also displayed fantastic customer service.

I cannot express enough how impressed I was. Just a GREAT experience! Thanks again to John for the fantastic work.

And I would be remiss if I did not mention how helpful the office person was (Faith I believe). She was so friendly and helpful during scheduling and consistently followed up when the Tech was delayed.

I am so happy with Alexanders services and will use them every time for my HVAC needs. And I will happily refer them to all my friends and family in the future.

For my HVAC replacement, Alexander Services was honest and professional during the evaluation and estimating, friendly when getting the service scheduled, and the installation crew was knowledgable, professional, and respectful throughout the process. When there was an issue with the city inspection, they were honest with me about the situation and kept me informed as they arranged to come out and address the minor issue. I also really like the York system they installed; a good, reliable brand. This is a business that is proud of its work and treats its customers with friendly, professional service.
