Amazing! That is all we can say; Dexter came right at the beginning of our service slot, he was friendly, helpful & courteous. He did the diagnostic and found the issue was with our thermostat, not the system, cause by a power outage in our area. It was great to know that his honesty saved us a lot of money; we thought we were looking at $2K+ but we paid $500 and this includes a 1-year service plan. Our A/C was not working, Home warranty sent us 2 different companies 1 was a week out the other 2 weeks . So I called Ideal was around 4pm and they sent Blake over and he was awesome. Had us up and running in know time . I am very happy with there service both by the technician Blake and customer service. Would highly recommend using Ideal for your next HVAC need . We have been using Ideal Services for many years and have always received excellent service. We have a maintenance service on our three systems twice a year and this time David came out to make sure our AC was in good working order. He is professional, competent, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. The staff who do the scheduling are also friendly and easy to work with. All around a good experience. Definitely recommend!

Ideal installed a new gas water heater for us today and did their usual great job. They've replaced 2 A/C and furnace units and now our hot water heater. They are always professional, on time, and do what they say and back it up. Never any surpises. Would highly recommend them.

I had a very positive experience with Ideal. Due to the size of my attic, there were a few complications. I felt like the Idea team was transparent and forthcoming about those issues. They walked almost every alternative through with me, and I felt like I was able to make a well informed decision. Other competitors were what you expected - salesmanship, tell you why they use is better. In contrast, Ideal was very informed about the alternatives and walked through the pros and cons of each unit and their experience with them.

The install crew was great. Polite and hard working. They had to create a whole new platform and I didn’t hear one curse word (it deserved a few, I’ve been up in the attic myself).

All in all, I’d recommend them to anybody. AC systems are expensive investments. I felt like they understood that and helped us make the best decision for us.

The technician was very polite and professional he answers all my questions. Mark a manager called me to let me know what the repairs consisted of it was the main board and a solenoid that turns on and off the A/C. They order the warranty parts and install them within 2 day, In addition I pay for maintenance on both of my units and and they clean them and check them to Maude everything was working.

Had a great experience with Ideal! I needed to replace my unit and they were able to not only give me a great quote with many options but also spent the time to explain every detail and answer questions. They also have the best financing options I could find.

I couldn’t have picked a worse install day (rainy and cold) but they came out on time, worked hard all day and got it knocked out. Now I have a new HVAC, a better understanding of my unit/system and money left over for my next home project.

Amazing staff and crew. Very patient, kind, and explained everything to me without belittling my lack of knowledge, lol. Not to mention, they were very prompt in returning calls, appointments, and even followed up for quality assurance. Couldn't have asked for a better company. I appreciate that "we see you as a person, not as a source of revenue" approach lots of companies have today. They worked with me and help guide me in accordance to my desires and what was affordable to me as opposed to what was the most expensive or most popular and left me feeling confident in my purchase. Even the city inspector was quite pleased with their work.
