HQS Heating and Air

So bought my house 6 yrs ago and of course neglected my HVAC until last week I noticed no cold air. Went outside to check on fan and noticed frozen pipes called HQS the next day, not only they squeezed me in to their schedule that same day they also quickly figured my issue which was just low on Freon. The tech was very pleasant he also show me and clean for me the heat exchanger that was clogged from debris. Explain some questions that I had as well. Over all fast service price was fair as I understand I was not just paying for 2lb of Freon, but also for the service call and diagnostic. Will contact again in future.

2 yeas ago I had my upstairs A/C unit replaced and now I had my 20 year old downstairs unit replaced by HQS. They had the best price on Tran system. Work was done on time and they left the place neat and clean.

Finally, I have found a technically perfect company to install my 2 new systems. They are the best. Professional, communicative, great price, really really hard workers. They even put labels on key components which is unheard of. I was getting tired of my previous vendors and being told a different story each time. I took 3 quotes and HQS is a well kept secret. Really good.

Very happy with this service. I had some issues with a newer ductless AC unit, and the owner had to make 2 trips and order special parts just to get it hooked up, because the unit was not common. But he was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He stuck with me, and got the job done despite the challenges. He squeezed me into his schedule, and the unit works great now. I cannot give high enough praise to Mustafa and his team at HQS. Professional, friendly, punctual, excellent communication, and at a superior price.
