Technician Darrell presented me with pictures and explanations of what he saw when doing my A/C maintenance. Very kind, thorough and professional. No surprises. Mary in the office was very efficient getting back via email to discuss pricing and schedule maintenance.

We've been using these guys for a couple years now and would definitely recommend them. Things haven't been perfect every time but more importantly, they have worked to make everything right when and if there was a problem. Technicians have been amazing and knowledgeable as well as friendly and professional. Very happy and thankful for the great ac service and customer service! Thanks all!

At first, I wrote Ideal off because of the price package being too high and similar to competitors; I had a strong, initial inclination to go with another provider until I had a follow up conversation with Matt that changed everything, especially in the way he truly indicated that he cared about my situation and gaining my business. After walking through some items I was looking for and answering very detailed questions about the entire process, Matt tailored the package to those needs and exceeded my expectations - all he asked was that I give him the opportunity and he hit a grande slam. Accordingly, Matt was always available to answer my questions and provide support, even when my calls came out of the blue. Matt’s professional and strong interpersonal skills make him an absolute standout as a business representative that won my business: A+ for Matt! When it came time to get the work done on the first day, the crew was on time and ready with sleeves rolled and boots strapped - the first impressions they provided were sincere, courteous, and everything you would expect from true professionals (Hunter, Sean, and another team mate on Thursday, 13Apr2023); they made quick work of getting our old system and duct work out in the first day. Hunter and Sean then laid the foundation for the following workday, which presented with storms and rain - I was concerned the forecast would put a damper on the progress and timelines, but the moment I saw Hunter and Sean marching through the downpour and produce a small pop up tent, I knew in that very moment that champions were on the field and victory was inbound - my confidence and pride for their determination and “can do” spirit was refreshing and solidified my customer loyalty to Ideal Services. Over the course of 3 business days, Hunter and Sean took every opportunity to showcase their technical expertise, customer service, and dedication to outstanding craftsmanship in the finished product that TRANSFORMED our house with a quality investment; I even checked through my crawlspace and attic and relished in seeing all the small details that they covered….it’s a rare phenomena to witness professionals taking pride in quality work these days and oh, how did they shine! I don’t know how else to be clear in articulating this feedback, but Matt, Hunter, Sean, (and the other gentleman that showed up the first day) are the true MVPs at Ideal Services’s; these individuals went exceedingly above and beyond to be ambassadors that took a simple google search and transformed it into a giant beacon of service and excellence. @Ideal - if you don’t have one of those “highest ranking” service awards yet, I would strongly consider naming it after this team to be the example for which it’s modeled… Lastly, I want to thank Brandon (Service Manager) for his kind, customer service in also reaching out and letting me share my experience with him; it was instantly apparent that his strong leadership, commitment to quality, and dedication to the customer inspires the best in his team. Ideal services, installed and has maintained my current HVAC units. I have been extremely pleased with the service provided. Ethan just performed the 6 mo. PM service and was knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain in detail and in layman language what he was doing and the proactive steps he performed to keep the system operating at peak efficiency. Included at the conclusion of the service was a report detailing my systems readings along with explanations and pictures. I highly recommend Ideal Services.
