I highly recommend Alexander Heating and Air. After enduring a terrible experience with another local company, I turned to Alexander over 12 years ago, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism displayed by their team is exceptional, and their knowledge of all repairs is truly impressive. What sets them apart, though, is not just their expertise but also their customer service. Doing business with Alexander is an absolute pleasure, thanks to the genuinely great people behind the company.

I don’t know what the actual work is like we didn’t get that far they came out for a diagnostic which was $170 because it was on the weekend and the tech literally said “I can’t tell you exactly how much it could be anywhere from 10-20k to replace this whole thing plus you should do the furnace while we are at it… ummmm no that’s ok. I’ll get another opinion. Ended paying a couple hundred to replace the capacitor and refill the coolant stuff. It’s not a whole new unit but it did the job and I don’t have 10-20k to spend on something I can get by with for a couple hundred. So if you just need a fix these are not your people if you want the works maybe they are.

The HVAC tech was able to come in, diagnose and repair the issue within the hour. Alexander Services were the only HVAC that had people available same day.

Brad was very responsive to my request and he shared all the details related to the water heater replacement. The team arrived on time and very professionally completed the Installation, cleaned the site. They were also very responsive to questions after they left.

Had a huge scare right before the holidays on the day we were scheduled to leave. Our shower faucet got completely stuck and we were scared there was a water leak occurring somewhere in the house. I reached out to Alexander services around 9 AM and they had guys here fixing the issue within 3 hours! I was amazed by the speed of getting assistance and Hunter (who came to fix the problem) was super friendly and really quick in solving the solution. I also appreciated him explaining what went wrong and how he fixed it. Great service and helpful company, will definitely use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

I’m glad i did not use their service. I received a on site estimate to install a ev charger and i was told it will take about 4 hour and cost about $1445. I got two different estimates and both of them estimated about an hour worth of work. I got the job completed yesterday and cost me only $300 plus $75 parts.

Dan from Alexander Services came to do my Annual tune-up last week. I joke that I have a "love/hate" relationship since I have a 16yr old Carrier unit but Dan was very thorough and gave my Systems a clean bill of health so hopefully they keep plugging along. Dan couldn't have been more professional and courteous. His Customer Service was "top notch" which is why I continue to be a Customer of Alexander Services!

Urgently serviced our home and resolved our plumbing issue. Top notch service. Very reasonably priced. 5 star+. I would highly recommend.

Derrick came out and solved our issue with our heating system-'our heat would just quit. Derrick found we had an issue with the gas valve and replaced it. I found Derrick to be an outstanding young man who knows his work! He was very polite, on-time, and performed his work in a timely manner. I spoke with Terri on the phone and she was very nice and helpful. I was impressed with Derrick and will use this company again I'm sure. Betty Givens

Darrick is the most amazing contractor I have ever met. He is highly concerned about the “service experience” he explained the process and step he was taking. Not only did he tell what he was doing but “why”.

No company will ever service my HVAC other then Alexander’s….
