HVAC system was making an loud, odd noise when blower was running. Issue was identified as a bad blower motor. We were advised that we could continue using the system while waiting for the repair. Part was in stock so replacement was made 2 days later. On both visits, Skyler was on time, efficient, and professional.

Came in a timely manner, diagnosed, then returned to repair after part was delivered. Very pleased.

I called Alexander Services, as they were listed as an Aquasana certified installer. The back office was polite and timely in getting a plumber out to inspect a whole house water filtration installation. Brad was amazing!! Not only did he provide a quote on-site, but was able to schedule the installation the next day!

We just bought our house and are on a well and already had the water system, installed in a timely manner, cleaned as he went, provided details on every step of the installation and provided a full walk through of the entire system.

I had quotes from other plumbing companies, which were much higher, almost 2k more and were many weeks to months out from being able to get on their calendars.

Between Brad and the electrician (added a light and power outlet for UV filter in a crawl space), they had the job knocked out within a day!

Greatly appreciated the professionalism, quick responsiveness, and knowledge Brad had to install the whole house water system!

Biannual system maintenance with Skyler and partner. Very thorough and courteous as usual. Took time to explain the minor issues they found.

Alexander had always been easy to work with and today was no exception. Derrick was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, Derrick.

I worked with Hunter(plumbing) and Skyler(HVAC). They were very responsive and took care if our leak with piping under our house. I was so impressed with the quick turnaround, professionalism and explanations of what was happening. I will be using this company from now on fir all of their services!!!

Left an email message in middle of night as our AC was not working received text at 7:30am for an appointment at noon same day. AWESOME!!!!! Thanks!!

Within a few hours of the original review the owner Mr. Alexander called me himself. He was very polite and understanding and asked if there was a way he could make my experience better. He reviewed the initial quote and provided me with some insight I didnt have, as well as I providing him with some insight I don't think he had. He agreed to reassess the quote provided to me, a number which wasn't bad, however I had already contacted additional companies and told him I wouldn't want to cancel those appointments which he understood.

Either way the professionalism of the company as well as their cleanliness is exceptional, the follow through from owners and staff is excellent as well. I'm hoping that with more dialogue between staff and I, we can get a better understanding on a reasonable price to suit all parties involved.

They have a very professional outward experience and James the plumbing manager is very nice and understanding however, they are incredibly over charging for small residential services. I will NEVER use them or recommend them for anything. I understand that with trades, you will pay more and they hold the skills but for cutting 2 spots in a pipe and reinstalling new pipe, when the hole is already in the ceiling and wanting over $1,000.00 not a chance.

The owner is very greedy .

Will not use, do not recommend.

Another "Outstanding" experience! Dan Morganti came out yesterday, 4/4/23, to do our annual HVAC check. While all of the service technicians have been excellent, Dan is quite simply the "BEST!" He was very patient with my questions and clearly explained what he was doing or about to do. When he identified a part that needed replacing, he outlined all the options and cost. He also convinced me to upgrade our yearly maintenance plan of service. I hope he will stay with Alexander Heating and Air (hopefully they reward him accordingly).

Sean and Cole came out today (4/22/22) to do the annual check of our HVAC system. They did a "Superb" job! Both were polite, professional, and kept me informed of their progress. The consistently great service by Alexander Heating and Air is just one of many reasons I became a contract customer!

Derrick did an "Outstanding" job today (10-25-21) doing our annual heating check! He was polite, professional, and did a superb job clearing explaining what he did during the inspection!

Can't say enough great things about this business! Last Wednesday, 10/18/17, Jeremy and Julius did a fantastic job installing a new gas regulator for our house. These folks are professional, thorough, and more importantly honest and upfront about any proposed repairs!

Another outstanding experience with this business! Jeremy did an outstanding job getting our HVAC up and running on short notice. Christina was the total professional in setting up the appointment and handling my follow up questions.

Jeffrey did an outstanding job doing our annual heat check; very professional and thorough! Really glad I went with this company last Spring after being with ARS for many years!

Yet another outstanding experience with AH&AC today , 7/25/17! Sergio did a superb job in quickly analyzing and fixing the problem with our A/C. His professional demeanor "can do" attitude reflects what AH&AC are allo about - helping their customers! Christena provided an exceptionally fast and professional response in setting up someone to help us on very short notice. Totally awesome experience!

John C. did an outstanding job fixing our A/C after our previous contract HVAC service (ARS) could not help us on a Sunday! John found out that the previous ARS tech (who had come out April 7th to do our annual cooling check) had not charged the system (when it needed it) and had recommended a costly repair that was not needed. I was an ARS customer for 17 years, but no more - I signed up with Alexander due in large part to the quality of work done by John and his honesty!
