Update June 2021: I just had Alexander replace my upstairs AC and furnace. As has been my experience for years, they do quality work and have great people, The installers were skilled and professional and the office staff was great. The prices were very good and I like the York products10 year parts and labor warranty. I recommend using Alexander Services.

Always a pleasant experience with Alexander. The technicians are professional and have NEVER tried to sell me anything like some other large local HVAC companies have done. Jordan was the technician this visit and he was super. I highly recommend Alexander.

Alexander Heating and AC has seriously excellent customer service. I called at 11am and had my problem diagnosed and fixed by 3pm the same day. The technician David showed up ahead of estimated arrival time and originally I was told my part would be ordered and arrive and be installed the next day. About an hour after he left I got a call from the office saying that my part was on the way and could be installed before end of day. Same day service is often not possible, I was ecstatic that I got such good service and at a very affordable price. Thank you Alexander HVAC and plumbing.

We had an issue with our HVAC unit and needed someone to come troubleshoot it for us. I spoke with Alyssa and she was able to schedule someone to come out the very next day. She was very helpful and thorough with her questions. Nice, nice person. Jordan and Greg came out, diagnosed issue very quickly. They are very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Great people to work with.

Had Alexander out for repair and tune up. John and Shawn were polite, provided good updates and info about their work and completed it on time and at a reasonable rate.

I called to get an HVAC drain unclogged on a Sunday at 10am. I had a service tech at the house by 11am. He was on time, very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I signed up for the 1 year service plan because I was going to get half the money back on savings for this visit. Weekend service fee wasn’t that much extra, so no brainer to get it fixed right away. I would highly recommend this company.

We just had our furnace tuned up By Alexander,Heating (Sergio) and we are extremely pleased with the service. They provide an e-mail with a picture of the tech being dispatched ahead of time, Sergio called to let us know that he was running a couple of minutes late, and and when he arrived he was extremely pleasant and courteous.

We have been using Alexander for a while now, and the service is always first rate, and I always feel confident that if they do find a problem, it is legitimate, and will save on problems down the line. They are the almost unanimous choice in our development when someone asks for a recommendation. They do great work at a fair price.

I had braced myself for the worst when my ac stopped cooling my home. I called Alexander at 8am and spoke with their very courteous and knowledgeable office staff. She had a technician at my home before 10am. He quickly repaired the issue and my home was cooling within an hour. Your staff, responsiveness, professionalism and value exceeded my expectations.
