Charlotte Mechanical

I have hired Charlotte Mechanical several times in the last 10 years. They initially converted all the house appliances from Propane to Natural Gas. Later, they installed 2 tankless water heaters eliminating the original, old, inefficient water tanks. They have done several HVAC repairs over the years and now they provide all the necessary HVAC maintenance.
Charlotte Mechanical has always been diligent about providing fast service - usually within hours! - especially Kris who is prompt, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are great. The service is always top notch and the employees are all very friendly. I’ve had both mu upstairs and downstairs HVAC units replaced and my water heater replaced by Charlotte Mechanical as well as all of the annual/semiannual maintenance. They are always willing to work with my schedule and in an emergency they are very prompt to respond.

Cole came out after hours to repair our AC. He was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to get our system working. We appreciate Cole and Charlotte Mechanical, and would recommend them to anyone.

Kris was awesome! He was very helpful and even was careful to be quiet as I was on meeting calls when he arrived. He was on time, fast, and thorough; even taking the time to explain why ants are attracted to heating and cooling devices and how to deter them.
For those concerned about COVID - He wore a mask and was sure to keep his distance.

Excellent service. Easy to schedule service calls and make payments. Office staff are pleasant and always seem to be available by phone. Technicians are polite, on time, efficient, explain the service and any recommendations. I purchased my heating and cooling system and water heater from Charlotte Mechanical and was impressed with the process and price.

Reasonable cost for annual maintenance. Friendly, professional service by all I come in contact with or speak to over the phone. Prompt service. Kris was very good at explaining everything I needed for my AC unit. Great company to do business with.

Kris did a great job of checking my entire furnace and took videos to show me areas of concern on my furnace. He spent time explaining what could happen over time and how we needed to monitor my system to avoid any major failures. He was on time (early), enthusiastic and was certainly an expert in furnace care. I very highly recommend him and Charlotte Mechanical who installed and have maintained my HVAC system for almost 10 years!

Just had Dan come by to fix the dampner that was a little off causing the heat to go upstairs more than it should. He found the problem, fixed and tested the heat, and proved to me that the problem was fixed. Very grateful for his help! Great to have such an expert to quickly identify the problem and fix it. He wore a mask and boot covers the whole time. He explained everything to me and was happy to answer a quick question about my thermostat. I highly recommend Charlotte Mechanical!

I have had a dank and musty smell in the basement for years and I was looking for a dehumidifier to help. I was assigned Chris S. to my home for a solution and he was extremely knowledgeable. He identified that I didn’t need a dehumidifier but an air scrubber and did an expert job presenting the features and benefits and I decided to move that direction instead.

For him to be honest enough to not only sell the lower cost solution is a testament to his name and the company. I’m extremely happy with the service, the solution, and how he has helped improve the level comfort in my home. If I could give a sixth star due to his service I would. I highly recommend this company.

Called Charlotte Mechanical today to make appointment after home inspection was done. They had a same day appointment and they were so friendly and took the time to explain what they were going to do. After checking everything that was in inspection report everything was fine. Only needed to pay for service fee. Such a relief! You guys are the best! Thanks again for everything. So much appreciated

I purchased two units for my home approx 7 years ago.... from the sale to the service they have been great. When a product issue did come up, the techs that came out have all been helpful, professional,courteous and informative. I plan to sell my house soon and when I purchase another house, when and if the need arises for HVAC work, Charlotte Mechanical will be who I call.
