I have been with Charlotte Mechanical for a number of years. Have only had good experience. Today, Kris, found a major issue with our system, and took the time to make sure we understood everything completely. It’s, maybe, the best bad news experience I’ve ever had! Professional, friendly, and meticulous!

Kris is a wonderful tech. He did a great job cleaning up our unit and gave us several tips on how to increase air flow in one of our bedrooms
We want him back as our regular technician!

I've used Charlotte Mechanical for years, and fully recommend them for HVAC and tankless water heaters. They've stood by their work years and years after installation, and provide good service. Kris has been the tech the last two visits, and he has been solid, fixing a few minor things and providing good advice as well.

3rd tech I had out to diagnose an issue and he spent the time to help me understand what was going on instead of just blaming it on the thermostat like previous techs from other companies. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Charlotte Mechanical when our heating system went down. Everyone from beginning to end was polite, courteous and efficient. Kris the Field Tech arrived the same day, acquired the parts needed and returned to get our heating system up and running. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.

Charlotte Mechanical is now stored in my contacts and they are my Go To company for anything HVAC related.

Upper AC not turning on and no cold air. Scheduled a service call for next day. Kris the tech was right on time and called to let us know he was 20 mins out. A very thorough and professional guy. Patiently answered all of my questions every step of the way. He was able to narrow down the problem and explained the process in an easy to understand way.

We will receive his quote and recommendations tomorrow after he checks with manufacture about warranty coverage.

*Also, Kris was very respectful and courteous with regards to COVID precautions and wearing foot protectors while inside the house. We really appreciated having him in our home!

Great service on a almost 20 yr unit. Kris was clear, efficient and punctual during the assessment. I have scheduled another appointment for possible replacement of my unit.

Thank you for such great service, working with Charlotte mechanical. I had a unique experience due to the fact that I had just the day before had a new roof put on and then lost my air conditioning. I called Charlotte mechanical they sent Kris right out.Kris was extremely knowledgeable he looked over the whole system and found that there was a nail that went through a copper pipe . My roofer wouldn’t take responsibility and Kris from Charlotte Mechanical got in touch with his manager and they took care of the issue. They had put in the original unit and totally stood by their work. What a pleasure this company is.
