I contacted Kool Katz for AC service anticipating that I would need to make an appointment days away. He was immediately responsive, so much so I wasn't prepared to see him when he could come and perform the services. He was extremely nice in working with me on scheduling the work. He showed up promptly on our designated time and was able to service my unit in great time. I found his services to be reasonable and all charges were detailed before starting the work. I would recommend Kool Katz for any HVAC work needed. I plan on keeping him on my short list of service providers.

Mike came out on a holiday to fix my furnace and install a new thermostat. Always professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

Mike came out to check my furnace at 9pm at night. He provided a thorough job at inspecting my furnace, as this is the second company that had taken a look. Immediately I felt heard and that something was going to get done! Mike noticed major problems that the original company either neglected to tell me or did not see in the first place. I appreciate Mike's honesty and concern for mine and my family's safety. He even ran to Walmart right before close to purchase two carbon monoxide detectors for my home. His explanation made sense and I finally was able to have a consistent heat without fear. He then followed up with me a couple days later to ensure everything is running as it should. Great technician, Great communication, all around great company. Thanks again!
