Coming back home to a HOT house after being out of town is not a pleasant experience. This happened on a Saturday evening and my fiance placed a call to Charlotte Mechanical who said they would send someone out that evening. I received a phone call from Kris letting me know when he was on his way. He arrived promptly and went to work on diagnosing my system issues. He was friendly and displayed knowledge in his field and explained what was going on and what it would take to get me back up and running again. Thanks so much, Kris!

We asked the team at Charlotte Mechanical for ways to improve indoor air quality in our home. Kris reviewed our HVAC system and clearly outlined solutions that would help us achieve this goal.

We did our follow up research and scheduled the installation of our selections with the main office. Kris returned to perform the installation, communicated in advance that he was on his way, and arrived on time. Everything was completed exactly as we requested.

Our A/C went out the other day, so we called Charlotte Mechanical for help. The company was very responsive. Our tech was Kris, and from the beginning he was very professional from the start. He was able to diagnose the problem promptly. Had very good knowledge of the work he was doing and was able to explain everything to me so I could understand. He fixed the A/C for us in a timely manner and made sure to clean up any mess he had. I would highly recommend this company and if you can get Kris as your tech thats even better.

My wife and I live in an apartment complex who uses Charlotte Mechanical. Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year and it was determined that we needed extensive repair on our HVAC system. Kris and Cole showed up to our apartment right on schedule and provided quick, professional, and friendly service. We couldn't have had a better experience in a tough situation!

He was able to explain our issue to us as well what our options were. Additionally, he helped educate us about our appliance and what to keep an eye out for in the future. My experience with Charlotte Mechanical installing my new A/C and heating systems was outstanding. The installers, Tony, Mike, and Brian (Ryan?) were respectful, wore masks, cleaned up all of the materials and the work spaces in my home, and completed the installations with great efficiency. With great patience and consideration, the salesman, Josh, went over and above to explain the new systems to be installed in my home. In addition, he expedited the installations during a very hot week in South Carolina. He took the time to explain the new thermostat, and even checked up a few days later with a personal visit to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with the new systems and the service I received. I would highly recommend Charlotte Mechanical to all of my neighbors.

My A/C was running for hours but the house was so hot. I made a mistake and called a competitor. After recovering from the shell shock of a crazy high quote for a full coil replacement for my 8 y/o system, I decided to call Charlotte Mechanical for a 2nd opinion and quote. They made it out within a couple hours of my call. Instead of pushing for me to replace my unit for $4k Cole recommended an easy fix and talked through my options and his recommendations. Within the next hour he had my A/C pumping cold air again. My bf has been using Chalotte Mechanical for years and they recently replaced his 30 year old system. They gave him quote options, and all very fair. Super impressed with their customer service, speed, and not trying to scare thousands of dollars out of their customers. I gladly canceled my maintenance plan with the competitor and signed up with them instead. Highly recommend!
