    I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of the Charlotte mechanical staff We have lived in the south for 12 years and have had to buy 3 air conditioning units. Our home never seemed to get comfortably cool in the summer until we bought a Trane unit from Charlotte mechanical. They came to our home and determined that the previous units were too small and that the duct work needed adjustments. We now have our unit about 5 years and couldn’t be more satisfied. Our technician Nick is so knowledgeable and professional , always pleasant and eager to answer all our questions completely. This is an excellent company!

    Charlotte Mechanical installed a new Trane system in my home and I am very pleased. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. The supervisor came out twice to check on things and spent time explaining what was being done and answered my many questions. The office personnel are always very pleasant and helpful as well.

    We had a pretty standard water heater replaced. It took about 3 hours. The Tech was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and left things looking better than when he arrived! They seem very trustworthy. We have now even have contracted for some plumbing work outside.

    I used Charlotte Mechanical to fixed my AC which was not cooling the unit, and ended up paying $1,000 to get it fixed. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, not only did they ripped me off with their pricing, they did not fix the problem. 1 month later, my AC is broken again and not cooling down. I've called them to complain and get someone to take a look at the AC Unit, but guess what?... I would have to pay again for them to just go take a look at it! I'm obviously not giving them any more money. I have consulted with other companies on the issue I had, and they all have said that Charlotte Mechanical stole my money when I supposedly got it "fix" a month ago. I also tried going to their offices and when I got there no one opened the door, even though, there were many people inside. If I could give this company a ZERO, I would give them that. They only care about taking your money, and not taking care of their customers... UNBELIEVABLE! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, if I do not get contacted by them after I called yesteryear.

    Brandon was very polite and did a great job. He tried to sell me a capacitor for my system because the reading was 4.4 I called my son in Maryland (a master plumber and a HVAC owner and he told me the reading was still good. If under 4.0 it should be replaced. Nice try.
    I did let him perform two other jobs . Brandon was very efficient.

    Chris was on time (actually early) and was good at explaining some things my system needed as well as some things I wanted him to address. He was thorough, particularly with cleaning the outside unit and ordering a part I needed to be addressed and scheduling a visit to install it asap. Obviously likes his job and the company he works for.

    Been their customer since 2014 and got tankless water hear, 2 x AC/Furnace units, garbage disposal, UV light for mold in attic, etc installed over the time period. Currently I have annual service plan for tank and ACs also, Technicians are punctual in arrival and describe the condition or issue in details. They will do their job diligently and won't rush to finish the jobs. Been a happy customer and will continue with them.
