Kris is an amazing technician and a kind human being.
He returned to my house a day after my emergency appointment to try something additional to repair my AC. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However his extra effort is so very appreciated. Charlotte Mechanical is well represented by this exceptional young man.

Kris helped us get our AC unit running again today! Thank God for that man! He was very professional and kind. All around a pleasant experience.

AC Unit wasn't cooling the house anymore due to low refrigerant. Kris and Tom came out, ahead of schedule, thankfully, took a look at the issue and gave us honest feedback and provided us with different options to move forward. Both Kris and Tom were very professional and we will 100% be using Charlotte Mechanical when we need to replace our unit next spring.

Our AC went out during the night, I logged a call and Nick was here before the service time originally set. He was so kind & professional! He explained all my options/cost and thankfully it was the best case scenario! Nick was done and gone in about an hour! Great customer experience from answer service, to dispatch to fixed! Our service technician Kris was a true professional. He not only identified the issues with our unit in a very timely manner but was able to provide a very accurate estimate on when the repairs would be completed. Overall a great customer experience.

My air broke suddenly and I googled a company. They answered right away and booked me an appt for the same day. The technician (Kris) called me over an hour ahead of time and was on his way which was great for me. He was professional and friendly and even nice to my dog. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it fast too. We will be using them for our maintenance from now on!
