Ron and crew will rarely let you down. Why do I buy from United Refrigeration? Because today I was banging out an install on a day it was supposed to be 99°... buried in service calls after this install, so we gotta be quick. Then, I realized the condenser I was about to install was damaged and leaking. I bought it from Church street location, but Pineville came through for me... 30 minutes later the store manager Ron shows up in the truck on a day I know they're as slammed as I am, and drops me off a new condenser.

Great service at this location!!! Although just as every other United Refrigeration branch, a tad on the pricey side.

I buy the better grade of furnace filters by the case, a dozen for about fifty way better price than the big box thieves. Plus if you have questions the guys are real pro's and can direct you.

I always check these guys first they do a great job and they have time to look up some strange things still in the market
