Fantastic service from Charlotte Mechanical. The company that installed the system in our home could not get to us for almost a week and the system is only two years old . I call Charlotte Mechanical in the afternoon and talked to Jacob, he gave me things to check to see if it was something simple, once we eliminated those things he scheduled the service guys for first thing the next morning. The service tech called me first thing and let me know he was 30 minutes away, when he arrived a second tech showed up as well. Tomas and Cole went right to work and carefully explained what they were doing and were able to find my problem. After the repairs were completed they cleaned everything and waited to make sure everything was working properly. I was so impressed with the level of service I enrolled in a service Contract to have the units serviced twice a year. Bottom line Charlotte Mechanical did a fantastic job where the original installer did not seem to have the ability to service what they had sold.

This is a great company with amazing customer service and employees! They called me within half an hour to let me know a tech was on his way to repair my heating system. Kris was great!! He communicated every step of the way, he identified and repaired the issue very quickly, and he had a positive and professional demeanor. I'm thoroughly pleased!

The technician showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue (something another vendor had misdiagnosed due to a less thorough diagnostic). They were able to get our unit back up and running in 30 minutes while the other vendor had said we needed a whole new unit. He also spotted an unknown plumbing leak while in the crawl space and worked to get one of their plumbers out a few hours later, saving us potential water damage. The plumber was equally on time, and quickly repaired the damage.

Chris came to our house to fix our air conditioner. It was a wonderful experience, he is personable, knowledgeable and a true asset to Charlotte Mechanical. He called to let us know he was on his way. He came right at the start of the time frame window they assigned us. He made us feel comfortable with our options and moving forward with a plan. We will continue to use Charlotte Mechanical due to how happy we were with Chris’ service. Thanks Chris!!

Came home from our last family vacation this past Sunday to find inside our house was at 87* and AC not working. Made a call around 6pm and Kris (with a K) showed up about an hour later. Kris was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Amazing service and just a great guy! I would definitely recommend Charlotte Mechanical to anyone in the future!

Called Charlotte Mechanical and Sidney was very helpful and dispatched Kris to look at our a/c condensor fan motor. The prior company could not meet our expectations, BUT Kris went over and above my expectations of being repaired correctly and explaining everything, answering any question I had with the utmost professionalism.

Kris diagnosed my problem almost immediately and had my heat back on in no time. He did a great job at explaining everything along the way and made sure of the warranty covering parts. Will definitely use them again and request Kris!
