Kris was here on May 3rd. He was very professional and thorough with his work. He then explained to me what he found in our A/C unit. I appreciate his time and service. I would like to request him in the future

I just wanted to say Charlotte Mechanical and Kris have been a blessing. I was dealing with no air conditioning and I was able to call at 11pm on a Saturday night and receive the service I so desperately needed the next day. Charlotte Mechanical communicated with me every step of the way. Kris not only came early on both trips he had to make to my location, he also provided great humor. Explained everything he was doing and why. A true professional. 11/10!

My experience started numerous years ago when a tech name Nick serviced our system- he was straightforward and told me my system was fine today but had issues and should be replaced in the next 2 years.

3 1/2 years later Tech Justin came out and found a leak that was far too costly to fix- plus our system used the old Freon Justin spent the time to show and review what was the issues in a plain English way.

I made an appointment and Joshua came out and assessed our needs and made numerous recommendations. Joshua was very informative professional and he gave us just a very solid feeling of trust and caring.

At this point given the age of our system and the numerous issues it was presenting we decided to have Charlotte mechanical replace completely our two systems.

Brian Tom and Eric did an outstanding job of explaining what they were doing And installing our systems. They were on time, very courteous quite honestly I could not have wished for a better experience.

As a matter of fact the access to the upstairs system was through my home Office. When everything was completed Joshua completely vacuumed my office.

Ironically our house was cleaner when they left then when they came.

I highly recommend Charlotte mechanical to anyone who needs their services.

I got such a great value and feel much relief that my investment was well placed with Charlotte mechanical.

Kris and Cole were awesome, walked me through the problem with the HVAC unit and also was helpful in explaining how to maintain the system and the thermostat when their job was just to repair the unit. Would highly recommend!

Kris was the KINDEST guy! He showed up, as friendly as can be, identified the problem, offered multiple solutions, and while he worked he made great conversation. Not only did he do his job well, he went above and beyond by being such a friendly presence while he was here. Charlotte Mechanical will take care of you.

Had Kris over this morning and he did an excellent job! He took the time to listen to the issues I had been having with the system, and he fixed an issue that I was told by other techs wasn't able to be fixed! He also was the friendliest tech I've ever had at the house and even took the time to explain what he was doing to my 9 year old. He didn't seem bothered at all. All in all, 5 Star service! Much appreciated.

Kris was very friendly and professional. He explained information about my HVAC unit and what the possible issues could be. He offered recommendations of possible future problems. Overall very knowledgeable.

Kris is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and makes sure to explain in a way that we understand. He never tries to "over sell" but is super informative on what actions we should take. He answers all my questions no matter how stupid. We think he is an amazing tech and Charlotte Mechanical is lucky to have him.

I have used them for several years and found them to be responsive and courteous. Kris worked through a couple of minor issues with great customer service. All of the staff have been great. I recommend them.

Taft from Charlotte Mechanical is a real pro. He cares about his customer and works to resolve my tankless water heater issue in the most logical and cost effective manor, looking out for the customer needs. We are awaiting a part to arrive to resolve the problem and I will update the review as soon as I can, but can say Taft gave us high degree of confidence.
