AC went out, of course on the Monday before July 4th. I've used NASCAIR for many, many years and always had a great experience. I called when they opened, had a delightful convo with Renee, and she was able to squeeze me in that afternoon. Chris arrived on-time, diagnosed the issue, performed the repair and was just all-around great! If you are looking for incredible service, from awesome folks, at fair pricing, then look no further!! Thank you Nascair!

Another great experience with NASCAIR heating and cooling. Thought the problem with serious enough that it might even require a system replacement turned out it was a ductwork problem. They spotted it fixed it for about 5% of what I thought I might have to spend. Awesome people qualified and reasonably priced highly recommend them.

I spent over $900 fixing my air conditioner a few weeks ago. When it stopped working again, they told me that the work wasn't guaranteed and I'd have to pay a service charge plus any additional repair costs again. You'd think they'd at least come and diagnose the issue that wasn't fixed well enough the first time. Absolute waste of money, and they don't stand behind their work.

Heating and Air system was installed and maintained by a corporate provider. I was told that after 11 years, this system needed to be replaced. So, I called Nascair for a quote to install another system. Kirby came out with one of the owners and examined my situation. Then the weirdest thing happened, Kirby suggested that maybe at only 11 years old, the system still had some life in it. So, instead of selling me a new system, Kirby had an experienced tech to come out and provide service. Well, Stan found an issue from the original installation and was able to correct it.
Now, I feel like I am in more trustworthy hands. I feel like I am part of the Nascair family. So, I have quit using the "other" company and will now only call Nascair for service and will have them install my next heating system whenever it is really time to.
(It is as if they did not want a sell this time, but wanted a customer for life.)

The customer service employee (Libby) was FANTASTIC when I called—she listened to my explanation of my situation, got me an appointment with a service tech the same day (Chris) showed up a few hours later within the estimated time given.

The field tech (Chris) was super professional and was extremely knowledgeable about our equipment and situation. He listened to all of my questions and took time to answer each one. His prognosis and diagnosis of our HVAC was spot on and he took the time to explain all of the available options we had to choose from.

NASCAIR came highly recommended by a number of neighbors and they did not disappoint. Stan completed the heating system maintenance and in the process discovered two issues that could be contributing to a couple of issues that have been ongoing. Both were addressed without any additional cost. The company who had serviced the HVAC for the previous two years never was able to find the source of the issues. Thanks NASCAIR and Stan!
