Great service! Responded even on Christmas Eve. Send a technician out on Christmas Eve and took care of the issue and went above and beyond checking everything else so it didn't happen again. Chris and Renee were awesome!

Came out on a Saturday afternoon only 2 hours after I made them aware of my AC issue. Quick diagnosis and fix by replacing a part (not trying to sell me a whole new system). Reasonable rate and timely execution. We couldn’t have asked for more. They even made a few suggestions for possible issues in the e near future w/o pressure

Situation: On Friday, New heating system including whole house filter and Halo air scrubber installed on main level ; and whole house filter plus Halo air scrubber installed on existing upper level (attic) unit. Minor errors on each installation resulted in no heat from the lower level furnace and no cooling from the upper level unit which had been working properly prior. Discrepancies were. discovered during the weekend. Weather was such that there were no temperature extremes. Kirby was very responsive in arranging for a technician to investigate and correct the situation on Monday. Stan arrived on time, listened politely to a description of the problem, then investigated and corrected the minor discrepancies; Both systems are fully operational. Stan’s a pro. Despite the minor inconvenience stemming from installation errors, I would call on NASCAIR again for any HVAC needs.
