The Service Technician was very Professional, on time, listen to Customer.
Pricing was fair. Using Nascair for years, because they give me the Service I request, and not try to talk me anywhere on buying something new if not needed.

Nascair does an awesome job. They installed out systems in 2017 and we've used them ever since for our HVAC needs. Stan came out and fixed our heat on a Saturday and had us back up and running. From whole systems to repairs they are hands down the best HVAC company I've dealt with. Highly recommend.

The heat on our relatively new unit (new home 3 years ago) went our last evening (temps in 30's) and we called the company who installed it for warranty reasons. However, that on-call tech was so backed up and saying anything he could to not come out that night, nor even thinking they could make it the next day.

So I called Nascair who does our PM work. Michelle, one of their service coordinators was awesome and so friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule someone between 10-12 the next day.

Stan, the man, was perhaps one of the friendliness people I have met. He was also prompt (with a call ahead, too) and went about diagnosing and fixed the problem quickly.

Kudos to Nascair, Michelle and Stan for taking care of us on the verge of even a colder, snowy weekend ahead.

I have trusted NASCAIR to service my home since 2010. My fiancé was on a propane heating system that was using way too much fuel. They installed a new design heating and air system that is efficient and extremely quiet!

First off, our technician Craig has been servicing the equipment for several years. His approach is with special attention to testing and thoroughly examining the units. He is careful and complete in the reporting of his findings and he keeps records of everything he sees and does. The records go back to the first visit he ever made and can access them instantly. The guy is just plain great at what he does and respects his customers' time, trust, and expenses.
NASCAIR is a better company because of Craig.
