David and team are excellent. They came to my house multiple times to install the humidifier for me since the HVAC system is quite old and there is issue with it. They not only installed humidifier to make sure it works but also fixed existing problem of my furnace without extra charges. I am happy with the results and defnitely would recommend to anyone.

What a great experience having a new system installed today by Santos, Jose, and Chris! They arrived on time and worked their behinds off in almost 90 degree weather! I am very glad I chose to use NASCAIR...scheduling with Renee and Mike in the office was very easy and pleasant. I would use them again and urge others to do so!

Danny was my tech tonight. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. He did a very nice job assessing the issues and explained everything to me in detail. I really appreciated the time and effort he put in with me. He got to a resolution and even offered other ideas for the future. I would recommend NASCAIR and especially Danny to anyone!

Craig from NASCAIR arrived right on time. He checked both the upstairs and downstairs units thoroughly. Care was taken to wear shoe covers to keep the house clean. Our upstairs unit is 24 years old and running like a top thanks to NASCAIR. We also use them to maintain our office system.

I called NASCAIR to come look at an AC condenser that stopped working but then restarted the next day. They came out promptly and diagnosed the issue and took the time to walk me through briefly what kind of system I had and generally how it all worked which was super informative. The technician was very friendly and was able to articulate the issue so that I could understand what to look out for. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs going forward.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and the NASCAIR techs to get the duct work replaced as well as some work done on the HVAC unit of my new home. Mike was awesome and did a great job communicating and the completed work is high quality. I would definitely recommend working with these guys again.

I called one of the big AC companies in Charlotte and was told they couldn't service my AC for over 1 1/2 weeks. Then I called Nascair. The Nascair rep was very friendly and assured me they could look at my AC within a few days. Danny serviced my AC and did a great job. Very professional, friendly and was very knowledgeable about my AC. Very happy with my service. Would recommend highly!

Luis was great. Came out, performed service on AC Unit and Heating system. Pointed out some concerns but no major issues. Appreciated not being pressured into an additional cost service. Truly felt he listened to concerns and was honest in his feedback. This is my second time with Nascair. The fella that came out in fall was also great to work with. Will definitely keep working with them.
