Have been a long time customer. The technicials mis-diagnosed my furnace issue and I nearly spent $1400+ for a "fix". Ended up exploring alternate option to purchase new system and sought a comparative quote. Ended up the other company fixed the system no problem and it was a fraction of the cost.
Definitely seek other opinions when using QualityAir and compare prices becuase they are the HIGHEST around. In fairness, gave two stars because everyone who has worked there that I have deal with over the past near decade has been kind and courteous.
Jared was very professional, did a great job. Worked hard, very patient with an old system. I’m a real estate agent and depend on contractors to take care of my clients and make me stand out as a agent. Every technician that I’ve used from First Quality has been top quality!!
The technician, James Wheeler, was prompt and very courteous. He explained to me each problem he identified and gave me options on repair. He is very knowledgeable and completed the project sooner than estimated. I will definitely use Quality Air for any issues with my 20 year old system.
Had Quality Air install an AC system and signed up for their maintenance program. Install went great, but they used covid as an excuse to completely stop coming out for the twice yearly tune-ups that we paid for. Didn't come out for over a year and I had to call to schedule before we moved. Their lack of service didn't stop them from charging us the monthly fee for the maintenance they weren't doing, nor did it stop them from charging me an additional fee to replace a filter. Would definitely not recommend their scammy maintenance plan.

Another company told us we needed a brand new heating system for $5000, we realized just how honest and reliable Quality was with a full report and pictures, now knowing we did not need a new system, just a clean up. We will be using Quality from now on

They were even able to come earlier. My tech was Jonah Deaver. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had it all fixed for me quickly which allowed me to go back to work. Awesome service!!!!!
Great customer service from office staff. Jonah, very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained different options that we could choose. Did not try to push any of the options. Very thorough with his diagnostics. Highly recommend.
