Quality air and their technicians John and Joshua are amazing! When we lost our heat, they came out promptly to fix the problem. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

We just had our furnace/air totally replaced. The entire experience has been exceptional. The technician, Marc Custer, was informative and polite. Bill Fryar, who sold us the units was exceptional in his knowledge. He answered all questions and was easy to talk to and very polite. John and Jr. the installation technicians were very polite, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. So far, the entire experience has been great. We will recommend Quality Air to anyone.

Rocky was very enjoyable to work with, knowledgeable and helpful in describing why he recommended the system he did. He was thorough also. He was able to work up a quote while at our home and was not ‘pushy’ in his sales technique, yet let us know he would like us to choose Quality Air for the job.

Quality Air and thier representative/technician Bob have been great to work with. From initially requesting a quote for replacing our entire ac system, to the delivered quote, pricing as well as installation and time involved, everything was well above our expectation. The whole process was completely hassle free. They even arranged for the completion inspection from the county as well as filing for the Duke rebate on our behalf that we did not even know about. The system they suggested we install was one of the top ones suggested by consumer reports and thier quote was lower than other local ac companies with lower rated units. It's been working great for over a month now. We will never use any other company.

This was my first experience with the company. I got an appointment within 48 hours. Tim came today and explained the whole system to me. After a deep cleaning, my unit looks like new (almost, rust is not easy to get rid of) I loved the service . I love that they have those booties to cover their shoes when they come in! How thoughtful.
Tim was very patient with all my questions, so nice and very knowledgeable. They are now my go to company for air and heat.
