Quality Air

All I can say is that "Quality Air" rocks in my estimation. If there's a problem, I'm on the schedule, even if it's after hours because of their already busy day of appointments. On their maintenance plan, they are immediately responsive and it's worth the small monthly installment for the peace of mind.
Multiple visits while the determine the cause of an issue ... not a problem. Friendly and courteous always, I just don't think you can go wrong with "Quality Air".

I was well pleased with Christopher's excellent service. He was on time, courteous and explained with pictures the service performed today. He also reminded me to make the next maintenance appointment.

Chris..A/C technician was very personable and answered all of my questions and explained the maintenance list he was there to do. All was done in a reasonable time! Kudos to Chris for a job well done. We are very pleased with Quality Air and their post services when needed!

We are new to the area and hired Quality Air to fix our AC after it stopped working the night before. Sharon at the office was really kind and pleasant and got us scheduled same day which we really appreciated and made sure I knew the evaluation fee and process. Our technician, Jonah, was extremely professional and helpful. Excellent communication before his arrival and he made sure I had all the information and cost as to the repairs he would make that day. He also took a lot of time to go over everything he saw and helped make a plan for maintenance going forward. I highly recommend hiring Quality Air and we will be using them for all our system repairs and maintenance going forward.

Once again, Quality Air to the rescue. Got service within two hours two days before Christmas! Jared was fantastic. His customer service is greatly appreciated.

Bob Woody was our service tech and he did a wonderful job of inspecting and servicing our HVAC system.

Was very impressed with how they brought mat and rolled out over my floor and wore covers on their shoes. I was made aware of each step of the process! Very polite! Will definitely recommend your company to others!

My tec. jonah Deaver was awesome. Explained everything that he was doing and everything that needed to be done and gave me the ok to say yes or no but also reminded me that if he did it now it would be better because he was already here as well as not sure how long it would continue to run (avoid another service charge) answered all my questions as well as benign a tec. what he would reamended to prolong the life of my system so yes jonah was awesome

Had them come out to do a maintenance check a month ago after recently moving here. The tech was nice enough, but I recently found out that the reason why the heat pump coils were freezing over as the weather is getting colder is he completely missed that the coil temp sensor wasn't plugged into the defrost control board. That's kind of a big miss. Also, their prices for further work are really high.
